Perfect For Star Wars Fans!
I bought this as a gift for my 42 year old boyfriend who is not only a huge Star Wars fan but also slightly addicted to torches. OK so the torch function isn't the best but it was still a winner as every time I left the room I would hear him swishing it about and turning it on and off so that the sound effects kicked in.Well worth it for the smile on his face.

Cheap hunk of plastic. No sound. Kid happy, though.
This is exactly what it looks like. A plastic toy with four light diodes attached at the end. Looks cool when turned off, but makes nothing lige a "blade" effect.We received a defective sabre - the sound doesn't work. Return postage would be expensive though, and my kid was happy with his gift not knowing what it was supposed to do, so we decided to keep it.

Not even a good torch
I read the reviews on this but thought I'd get this still for my 5 year old son. When it arrived it was a cheap, plastic handle with blue LED lights for the torch. No good in the dark and just a noisy handle! Returned for a refund.

Not impressed
Not impressed with the torch element and the sound effects are too short, don't think this is value for money think the 5 year old it was bought for will loose interest very quickly

Fun SW torch
Bought it as a present to a tough little guy and he seems to be happy with it (it's hanging on his belt weeks after he got it).It has a a blue led light according to the scene, not sure how effectively it can be used as a torch really but fun. Gives appropriate sounds when switches on an off so mind that when you use it as a torch in the middle of the night where others are sleeping in the same room :)

Great fun
My son loved this, as did I if I am honest! This product is basically a torch, styled like the handled of a lightsaber, with a blue light, so please do not expect a full size replica lightsaber, they are £200+! The weight is reasonable, not too heavy to be dangerous to a child, but not too flimsy to break after an accidental dropping. The light is quite strong, so darken the room and enjoy. This new torch has quickly become part of my sons bedtimes routine, fair at full price, but at the offer price of [...] it is a bargain.

Looks great. Is the size stated, sounds good, arrived fast.only letdown is torch is blue light and it really isn't very bright.couldnt read a book with it. My son will love it though.
