The secret of Bradley Smokers are their use Bradley bisquettes which are produced from natural hardwood without the use of additives. With a consistent burn time of 20 minutes each, they produce clean, flavourful smoke. Bradley Smoker have introduced a new range of bisquettes which have been blended with herbs and spices to create new aromatic flavours. CHILI CUMIN - Maple Wood base, with the addition of ground red chilli peppers and ground cumin. Gives an amazing smoke flavour with a kick which is ideal for anything you want to spice up in the smoker.

It is a nice smoke flavour
It is a nice smoke flavour. Used it to make pastrami and I am thrilled with the result.As always, the quality of the Bisquettes is good, very reliable burning and smoke production.
