The best of the best
A very moisturizing eye cream/serum (almost feels like a cream) without being greasy, perfect under make-up!

Shaba Complex Eye Serum.
This is indeed an excellent, but very expensive fragrance free eye serum. It has a great formula that contains emollients, antioxidants, cell-communicating ingredients, peptides, reparative, anti-inflammatory and anti-irritant ingredients. It is best suited to drier skins and will suit sensitive skin. It comes in a very good delivery system, that will also protect the delicate beneficial light and air sensitive ingredients it contains during use. Excellent anti-ageing formula, but very expensive here.Ingredients:Water, Octyldodecanol, Glycerin, Polymethylsilsesquioxane, Saccharomyces/Xylinum/Black Tea Ferment, Coconut Alkanes, Cetyl Alcohol, Cetearyl Olivate, Sorbitan Olivate, Copper Tripeptide-1, Leontopodium Alpinum Meristem Cell Culture, Dipeptide-2, Palmitoyl Oligopeptide, Palmitoyl Tetrapeptide-7, Copper Lysinate/Prolinate, Hesperidin Methyl Chalcone, Chondrus Crispus (Carrageenan) Extract, Mangifera Indica (Mango) Seed Butter, Glycine Soja (Soybean) Oil, Hippophae Rhamnoides Oil, Sclerocarya Birrea Seed Oil, Niacinamide, Sodium Hyaluronate Crosspolymer, Hydroxyethylcellulose, Coco-Caprylate/Caprate, Steareth-20, Lecithin, Panthenol, N-Hydroxysuccinimide, Ubiquinone, Citric Acid, Thioctic Acid, Tocopherol, Chrysin, Sclerotium Gum, Methylglucoside Phosphate, Xanthan Gum, Potassium Sorbate, Sodium Benzoate, Chlorphenesin, Caprylyl Glycol, Sodium Hydroxide (pH adjuster), Phenoxyethanol.

very nice and effective product
A nice product with very good ingredients. My very sensitive eye area likes it a lot and from the second day I used this serum my eyes seem to open up much more. Normally in autumn, I have trouble with sensitive and thick eyes. This has so how changed it a lot. Have to use it longer to e more specific.

Not a miracle
The package was ok, sealed. I have used this cream for a month now. I am 41 yo and i have fine lines under my eyes and a little dark cycles. While my skin is more hydrated there is no difference to lines or the cycles. I think its an expensive cream just for hydration. So it didnt work for me.

It a eye serum that delivers what is claims
I tried Drunk Elephant Shaba Complex Eye Serum under my eyes and above my eyelids, before bed and after my morning facial cleansing. After the serum absorbed in my skin, I applied my eye makeup, and it went on beautifully. I started noticing that my skin above and below my eyes, looked more youthful and the sagging, crepe tissue lines, have minimized over the first month. I have used this application for several months now, and the product goes a long way when using a small amount for eye coverage. I have definitely recommended this product to people who compliment how I have minimal lines and dark circles, for a 70 year old woman.

Gentle eye serum, plus it works great!
I have very sensitive skin and eyes, with most products causing irritation. I use this product and sometimes even get a little bit in my eyes, with absolutely no irritation. It also moisturizes wonderfully. I’ve been using this product for about a year and have zero complaints. I also use it on my eyebrows to condition and help thicken the hair.

Like It But Not Sure (Also, what skin products not to mix and what to do if you have)
I’m not totally sure if I’m seeing a difference yet but I still like this product. I will update if I see more changes.IMPORTANT NOTE: Be careful not to mix certain other skincare products or ingredients with it (no matter what the website may say!).To be helpful, I have made a list of things NOT to mix at the same time and important tips. However, to be sure, ask a professional dermatologist:•DO NOT MIX:-RETINOL should not be mixed with: Vitamin C, Vitamin E, AHA/BHA or Benzol Peroxide.-AHA/BHA should not be mixed with: Retinol, Vitamin C or Niacinamide (and possibly peptides but I am not 100% sure on that).-VITAMIN C should not be mixed with Retinol, AHA/BHA or Niacinamide.-VITAMIN E should not be mixed with Retinol.-NIACINAMIDE should not be mixed with AHA/BHA or Vitamin C-BENZOYL PEROXIDE should not be mixed with Retinol.NOTE: Both Retinol and AHA/BHA can be very helpful for various skin issues. While you should not MIX them, you can switch between them (example: Monday for Retinol, Tuesday for AHA/BHA, etc) nightly once your skin has been safely worked up to tolerating these more intense skin remedies. Do not try to do this all at once, right off the bat.•SUN AND CARE:-While the Drunk Elephant website doesn’t always address this, in most cases RETINOL and AHA/BHA should be used at night as they cause sensitivity to the sun that can damage skin. I don’t know if applying sunscreen will fully keep your skin safe (not to mention all the reapplying). While you *may* be able to use it if you’re staying indoors, do understand that harmful rays can enter the home, car and workplace through windows. If you’re going to experience sun, regardless of what you do or do not put on your skin, an SPF of at least 30 should be an everyday routine (with reapplying). As for if you stay indoors, away from windows, one would assume hanging out in a dark room all day would suffice, but I’m no expert.-So it’s beat to use Retinol and AHA/BHA at night and wash it off in the morning. A cream or serum containing Vitamin C thrives off sunlight, so that is best to use in the daytime.•IF YOU OVERDO THE SKIN TREATMENTS AND YOUR SKIN IS FEELING DRY OR IRRITATED: Take a break from the harsh products and use very gentle ones for a little bit. Particularly CERAMIDES. These are gentle and help your skin to heal, calm and moisturize your skin. I personally have used (and liked) “Good Cera Super Ceramide Emulsion (pH 5.5 / 7 free)” which is a nice, gentle moisturizer. There are also things like ceramide masks that can help.

Lots of good ingredients in this eye cream
I was really shocked to see all the negative reviews. I've been using this product for the past two weeks along with the rest of the drunk elephant skincare system and my eye area is more bright and firm than when I was using a $95 eye cream from the Derm office that was full of parabens and fragrance. In fact, the last two days, I forgot to put on concealer bc I didn't see any dark areas to cover up! I'm 30 and the few slight wrinkles around my eyes are not detectable and the product does not irritate my eyes or break out the nearby skin. I also love the needle-like packaging bc it only dispenses the amount you need with no waste and protects the ingredients. Can't get enough to of all the Drunk Elephant products!
