Well, canestan is the leading brand for these symptoms. So yes, it's a super effective treatment. In terms of the seller, I've ordered twice with no issue. One was received a little crushed (the box) but all was intact. Im convinced there are people in these reviews using this wrong. Honestly you can take a horse to water you know.... Its a tear drop pessary, the tip goes into the short adjustable end of the white tube. Take your time, get into a comfy led down position, legs up. Keep taking nice deep breaths and gently push on each out breath. Ensure it is nice and high up. If the positioning isn't correct you run the risk of inefficiency of the product. You'll know your correct when you push the plunger and the tube trys to force outwards.... Its inevitably high enough. You will have white chalky knickers so always worth getting panty liners but also.... It does stain or anything so it really is what makes you comfortable. Also, doing at night time is preferable because of this. (Still can't kept the chalkiness for a couple days as the medication works its way down) - DO NOT us a tampon, ive heard of women doing this and like.. What!? Don't soak up the medication girlies. Thrush is SO uncomfortable, I feel for you babes! Just buy the thing and get it in! I dont really use the creams as generally don't like putting creams down there BUT I have to say, it's a nice cream, does soothe for sure. ESPECIALLY if it's graduated to itchy/sore town. It's not effective in treating the symptoms though, so no point in using the cream in isolation / on its own. THE RELIEF!!!
