I would give this product 10 stars if I could. A must have baby product, especially if your LO has sensitive or dry skin. My 3 month old has very sensitive skin, which becomes very dry when using pretty much any baby skin care product. I have tried many.. including the very popular Aveeno for sensitive skin, which caused my LBs skin to react so bad after one use that it was red raw!! This burts bees baby ointment is the only thing that has managed to fix the damage caused by the Aveeno! (Pure coconut oil did help too, but I found that the moment you put clothes over it, it just rubs straight off, so it's pointless) After 2 days of applying this twice a day, his skin was almost back to normal! I now apply it once a day when I change him for bed, or after bathtime, and his skin is really soft again. It's a little pricey especially as I think I'll be using 1 tub per month, but it actually works so well that I'm willing to pay it. I've already ordered another one. Also, the scent is so lovely! You won't regret buying this.

It came well packed and it was sealed. It has a decent smell kinda smells like honey... I purchased this item as my nephew has really bad eczema and my sister used it on him and it helped. I used it for my 2 boys the younger one is 2 and his skin was becoming dry due to this cold weather and my older son is 8 and has eczema but is not that bad. I bathed them and applied the ointment. The next morning their skin was smoother.... That night I bathed them again and put the ointment again the following morning it was very smooth. I am happy I was able to find one product that works for both. To be honest I have applied it on my face and it feels so smooth and leaves my face hydrated the all day specially after being outside with this cold weather.It's worth buying it and the price was really good I will keep on purchasing this item. I will also try the other products this brand has. *just a little note don't knw if it help but my nephew is mixed race and my children are white and this worked for the 3 of them so i would say is suitable for all types of skin*

The original formula (left image) was outstanding, worked very well on our little one's sensetive skin. It has a pleasant and not overwhelming scent while providing mositure and helping the skin recover.Our order from a week ago yielded a DIFFERENT, I assume "new" looking jar along with different ingredients. I am no doctor or claim to have knowledge but there are fewer ingredients, the colour, texture and scent are different too. There's a note of "with Shea Butter" so that *might* explain it. I would still expect Amazon to update the image and description to clarify it.New one, after a few days of use does also seem good. Will report back in a few weeks.

This ointment has served so many purposes in my family and I wish I new about it earlier. When my children were babies it was my miracle cure for nappy rash, used it as a protective barrier on their faces from constant teething dribble and snot from runny noses, more recently it helped cure dry chapped skin on their hands from constant hand washing, we use it on our skiing trips to protect their skin in sub zero temperatures as it’s oil based and perfect for this purpose. My son really suffers with chapped lips in winter and makes them much worse by constantly licking them. I tried to use something else because we run out recently and reapplied the cream constantly for a week but the problem just kept getting worse. I received the tub yesterday, applied overnight and when he woke up his lips were pink and soft. It’s all natural so I know it’s safe to use. The texture is a bit grainy but it melts into the skin easily and it doesn’t mean that there’s anything wrong with it. Even though it’s oil based, it absorbs really well and doesn’t leave any unpleasant feeling on the skin. I rarely write reviews but this product is so good.

I have used this product since my baby was 2 months old, never had any issue.

Purchased this product as after looking into options it seemed to be the most natural and suitable for our baby, however, after using for a couple of weeks we noticed our baby's but burnt really bad.This was because of the texture of the cream. It is more like vaseline, therefore very thick and difficult to absorb and was keeping our babys but wet which then lead to the burnt. Unfortunately had to look for an alternative brand.

I first picked this up over a year ago, when my son developed eczema at 3 months old. I chose it as an alternative to the the paraffin/petroleum based ointment prescribed by the doctors, as they seemed to burn and aggravate his skin. This product, by contrast, helped to clear his eczema and he got back his baby soft skin.I'm not saying this is a miracle cure - my son is now 1 years old and he occasionally has flare ups of eczema when I introduce something new to his diet. It can take a few weeks to see results, but this does wonders and helps to clear up the rash once I cease giving him the offending food/drink. I love the texture and think it smells great. Other reviewers have mentioned that this is grainy and this is true sometimes (8 of the 10 I've purchased were smooth), but that's just the nature of all natural products.The price of this product is a bit much, but I can't bring myself to knock off a star because I think it works well. I cannot rate this product highly enough. Simply love it.

I’m a FTM and was a little overwhelmed with all the diaper rash creams and lotions. We were gifted a jar of this at our shower and it’s been all we use now. It works great for pretty much any redness or dryness out baby has had.

Compré esta marca ya que habíamos comprado bálsamos labiales y contentos. Al no tener químicos es lo que me hace decidir sin dudar.Compré esta cremita para mis peques, siempre utilizaba MUSTELA, decir que a mi peque de 6 añitos le hace reacción, bastante importante, pasado dos ó tres días me di cuenta que era la crema, ya que al ser natural pues no barajé esa posibilidad. Sin en cambio a mi hija de 12 años le va bien.Así que no quiero opinar nada mal de la crema, ya que no sería justo. Estoy a 50%.
