Disappointed by the quality and defective.
The media could not be loaded. Chair received quickly, no problems with the delivery. However immediately noticed missing bit from the assembly bits pack, although managed to assemble. Soon as I sat down and started rocking I heard a loud squeaky noise that ever stops when rocking. Unusable, specially if purpose is to nursing a baby to sleep. Maybe defective? Very disappointed. Return and refund requested.
