Bulk Pure Whey Isolate 97 Powder, Protein Shake, Unflavoured, 1 kg, Packaging May Vary

I've tried both this and the unflavoured 90 isolate. Both taste good, like watered down milk. The 90 isolate was easy to mix, add it to a shaker and shake. The 97 isolate requires a lot more work to mix by hand. I usually add a scoop to a cup, add a little bit of water and use a spoon to mix it into a paste. Once I've got a smooth paste, I'll add more water and mix again, continuing to do so until I get the right consistency. I used to get a dodgy tummy from protein shakes but since moving to the Bulk Powders 90 and 97 isolates, my tummy no longer gives me any issues.

This is easily the best protein powder on the market, however, it has to be mixed using a blender. Also, it has no flavour which is difficult to consume long term. Solution: sugar free syrups you can buy on Amazon! This is how I use the powder: 60g powder, 80g frozen spinach, 400ml water, 30ml sugar free syrup. = almost carb free, sugar free protein drink which is highly digestible - packing a massive amount of protein.

Since this product is pure whey, i.e. doesn't contain any anti-foam agents, it is frothing like there's no tomorrow, which makes it impossible to use on its own. I bought a mainstream whey protein product and beefed it up with this pure whey isolate to increase the quantity of protein. If you're looking for an add-on, this is great stuff. But if you're looking for a stand-alone whey protein product, this isn't the thing you're after, and be better off with Scitec 100% Whey Isolate. As far as the taste is concerned: bland! Not bad, not good. Just bland, which makes it easy to mix with other products.

While it really isn't the nicest taste, it's not that bad considering how good the content is so I don't mind struggling through it. The description says it froths up more than other protein powders and it really does. You'll probably have to wait for it to settle after mixing it. Even though the description says it doesn't come with a scoop, it actually does (or at least it did for me). If you're looking for pure protein and don't want to add loads of carbs to your diet then I'd definitely recommend this

It's fine. I don't understand flavoring these, it's not meant to be a treat, you take it because you want to get protein more conveniently. It does that. However, I found it doesn't mix well with cold water - it sort of froths and sits at the bottom in clumps! - For those who want this stuff as you can't deal with dairy products, this may be an issue. I mix it with milk with no issues, but it needs a lot of shaking. Flavour is fine, bland as expected.

Mixing can be an issue as it is an extremely fine powder that can form lumps, however I mix in a small teaspoonful of Caotina low sugar chocolate powder and shake it dry before adding water. Then i shake with a small amount of water before adding more - I get less foam, hardly any lumps and with a bit of cold skimmed milk to finish it's really not bad - especially given the very high protein content.

It does not really have a taste which is great. You need slightly more than 200ml to dissolve it all. Also you need to leave it for at least 30min if you want to avoid mouthfuls of foam after shaking/blending. Good value for money and no extra nonsense inside.

I bought the unflavoured one. Already read about the troubles with the product but decided to give it a shot since it ain't that cheap so maybe it wasn't that bad. Unfortunately, the powder is so fine and won't dissolve at all and it creates a humongous amount of foam which only worsen the problem. Luckily I bought the small package.

generel finde ich der BULK POWDERS sehr gut und vorbildlich, aber hier muss ich leider negative bewerten, es schäumt ja so weit bis in atemwege fast verstopfen, ich bleibe bei 2 sterne bis es mir einmal erklärt wird weshalb dann dieser preis
