Basic phone with no internet, but decent battery life and easy to use
The SIM is hard to put in properly and if you have poor eyesight. The phone is hard to open and that is something I found frustrating. The battery has an amazing life span and as such means hours of talk time. The interface is each to use and the buttons felt to me to be pretty well made. The call quality was crisp and clear and ringtone was loud. Obviously this is not a Smart Phone and has no browser or internet at all. It is back to basics, but it is for those that really are sick of the phones that drain the hell out of the battery and are hard to use. Defiantly something I would recommend, but not for people who love all the bells and whistles .

Cheap and easy to use
I bought this phone to replace a 15 year old Nokia that I liked but was getting more reluctant to recharge despite having a new battery and a new charger recently. I am happy with my current contract and wanted to retain the same number so the plan was buy a cheap phone and put the SIM card into it. For probably sound commercial reasons but unknown to me my old SIM did not fit and there were dire warnings in the instructions about fitting the wrong SIM into it. However, a trip to my local phone store fixed that. So it makes calls and I can send texts. That is all I really wanted. The scroll button is imprecise and leaves me stabbing at the back button but, no doubt, I'll get used to it eventually. The insert options in the predictive text had me baffled for a while but that another thing I'll get used to, they seem more cumbersome than the old phone but I was very familiar with that. The keypad lock takes some getting used to too. After being put on hold for a long time by the RAC I'm now fairly relaxed about the battery life. The volume settings are OK. So all in all a success without costing me too much. I can recommend this phone to anyone who wants a mobile that makes calls and texts and has a PC at home if they want to Google something. Oh yes and it has got a flashlight - well that was the real selling point for me.

Phone is as expected, but no uk charger plug
Phone looks and functions as expected. Warning: Charger does not have UK 3-pin plug, this should be clearly listed in the item description but is not!!

Great basic phone
This is a really good basic phone - the build quality feels good. It is plastic, not metal but it feels solid and the buttons are nice to press however they’re not very big IMO, neither is the writing and it doesn’t seem there’s a way to enlarge anything. The screen is not exactly big. The battery lasts longer, waaaaay longer than a smart phone. The radio is better than other basic phones I’ve used with automatic tuning and adjust features when the phone is locked.- it can play through headphones or loud speaker (with the headset connected). It has Snake but no other distracting features (some additional games Doodle Jump, Crossy Road, Tetris, Air Strike and Ninja Up are on their but they’re paid for at a couple of pounds per game after the 3 to 5 trial plays). The settings are good, I especially like the “Go To” quick menu which you can access from the home screen and customise the options yourself so it’s short cuts to things you want to use frequently like the radio or display settings. I can’t find a way to change the wallpaper but it’s fine, the design is ok. There’s no internet browser or camera but honestly they’d be so poor it would be pointless. My main issue with it is that I can’t find any setting to delete all texts in the inbox or sent box at once. Deleting them one by one is a bit annoying if you’re using this frequently but honestly I think that’s the absolute only thing I can fault with it. It even has a calendar so I’m really pleased with it for the price.

Great as a Backup
This is what I expected, and a basic plastic phone. The phone is just what I wanted, and I will be using it for competitions or when I have to give my number, but I don't really want to. The phone comes with a charger and instructions; I found better online. There is a dual SIM, and navigating the menu brings back memories of my Nokia from 20+ years ago. It's basic and simple to use.

Could do better
This is the third nokia 105 that I have owned, they seem to last about 5 to 6 years before they start to have faults, but that is ok considering the price, however this model is really tacky, cheap plastic cover and the touch sensitivity is really poor. the games on this in comparison to older models are awful, and when you look at the menue it seems that they have gone out of there way to cut corners. could do better and I would not mind paying a couple of quid more if they did.

Easy to use, great long battery life and light weight.
This phone is quite basic, no internet or camera, though it does have a radio, torch, calculator and calendar. The main reason for buying this is the ease of use and the 30 days standby time. Its light, with a bright screen that's easy to read and at just under £20, not going to be the end of the world if its lost or broken. If you used to have a Nokia phone 20 years ago, this will be a blast from the past as other than more colours on the display, its basically the same. Id recommend it for an emergency phone, people of an older age who aren't tech savvy or people who just want a cheap decent phone. Personally, I got this to have as a spare phone for emergencies. It takes a standard mini sim. Lastly, this is unlocked so will work on UK networks. Please see my video for a quick look at the phone with me.
