Excellent tool for deutsch connections
I got these to do one project. Well they work so darn good I am recommending them to anyone who works with these connections. Excellent crimp quality, and accuracy small and compact and a great value for the money for sure. Will not disappoint.

Works great, very reliable.
I bought these for a specific project on my 3D printer but now that I can reliably make connectors I use it way more than anticipated. I mostly make JST and Molex connectors and it works great. I had to mess a few up before I found a reliable technique but now I can strip wires and make connectors super fast. Does the job. Very convenient and useful!

SN 01BM Red Handle Works for Futaba/JR R/C Connector Pins
SN 01BM red handle work well for Futaba/JR R/C connector pins, servo/extension leads, small Rx battery leads. Need to get the hang of using it. Need to slightly "pinch, flatten or narrow" the spread of the insulation crimp ears until they are parallel to each other so the pin fits into and sits level in the tool before crimping. Getting the pin sitting level in the tool's "saddle/rounded/forming jaw" first and making sure the "narrow/crimping jaw" is sitting square and flat onto the rounded "U" of the pin is the key. >>Following info is for the cheaper blue handle sets that are available on Amazon as a "Do Not Buy" heads up.<< I bought and returned the blue handle $15 set. The jaws are too wide/thick for the Futaba/JR pins and crush the squared off portion where the plastic tabs need to lock the pin into the plastic blocks. Also the jaws were either rough or incorrect profile because every completed pin was stuck in the jaws and had to be pried out with a micro jeweler's screwdriver. They were also kind of snug and did not re-open themselves up after completing the crimp. I had to use my fingers from the inside of the handles to pop the crimpers open to setup another pin. Get these Red Handle "Knoweasy Pin Crimper for XH2.0mm XH2.54mm XH3.96mm Dupont D-Sub Terminals JST Pin Crimper, AWG 28-20 (SN 01BM" and start crimping.

Nice crimps
I bought these crimps to help me replace the quick connects on Epiphone 5 wire pickups. These worked pretty well using the second notch on the jaws. I did have to slightly bend the larger side of the connector socket that crimps to the rubber side of the wire to get it started in the jaws.

Pleasantly surprised at the quality
Wow these are excellent. I was a little hesitant about some of the reviews here but after revieving them I don't agree with any of the negative reviews at all. These are very nice quality. Very nicely cut and shaped teeth. They go from maller to larger in width as well. What I was most surprised about an extremely happy about was the opening spring it has on it! Somehow that is completely missed in entire description of the item and I didn't see a single reviewer mention the spring. Not having a spring is pretty much a deal breaker for me especially if you know you are going to do many crimps in one session. Having to manually open a set of pliers after every time you close it is what kills your hand and drains the strength from your grip the fastest. Now I was really second guessing myself buying these because I went into them thinking they didn't have an opening spring and I normally won't buy a set of pliers without one but these were still the best option for me at the time. When I got them I was very pleased to unlock the or the first time and they went flying open. Thank th Lord all mighty lol what a gift. The grips on these are some of the most comfortable grips I've felt on pliers and I've had all the big brands. Knipex , engineer, you name it but wow these are very comfortable to hold and even more comfortable to operate thanks in big part to the opening spring. I have a ton of crimping to do on a ton of very small jst style crimps so you can imagine how relieved I am to have that opening spring. 10/10
