Simple to use, easy to pull apart and leave to dry. It's not as powerful as some of the battery powered ones - but there's a fair bit out there that says these aren't good for you anyway, I just want to clean bits of food between teeth without hurting the gums and this does that.One of the other problems I've had with other ones is it's almost impossible to dry them fully which means overtime they can get mould/bacteria... again not what you want! This is easy to take apart and leave to dry. Plus easy to go on holiday with.

Broke upon first use. Very shoddily made. Already had a crack when taken out the box.

It's pretty easy to regulate the pressure with your fingers, no charging needed. And the tank inside is adequate for mobile and single use. Works well with alcoholic and non alcoholic mouth washes. Just need a care with mouthpiece connection. I needed to rejoin it with acrylic glue.

The tip's connection to the barrel is flimsy: it doesn't socket or seal securely, and mine has broken after a few months. Disappointing because it worked well (much better than an over-engineered electrical one I tried befire), but it didn't last.

Low price, not too powerful, does the job!

I have suffered for quite some time with tonsil stones as I have huge tonsils. I’ve always been very conscious of them and have always felt I had an awful taste in my mouth no matter how good my oral hygiene is. I tried this for the first time behind my tonsils where nothing was visible. For such a small contraption it creates a lot of pressure. A few hard pumps brought up tonsil stones straight away that must of been tucked away for quite some time. My throat felt instantly clearer and I’m no longer conscious of having bad breath or an awful taste. 10 out of 10 for me 👍🏻

I don’t leave reviews but I have to for this, I am absolutely blown away. For the price you pay it is brilliant!! If you’re reading the other 1 star reviews and thinking not to bother, just buy it! It’s like £10 and it has brought out a bunch of tonsil stones I couldn’t even see and didn’t know I had. It is easy to control how hard to water blasts unlike my electric flosser which is too harsh and painful. Nothing more to say, it is fantastic
