After 9 years continuous operation my old very expensive system failed, I took some time researching a Replacement and finally settled for Annke 8 chanel dvr including hard drive with 4 cameras. It took less than 60 minutes to connect my existing 8 analog cameras and set up the dvr and download the app to my phone, set up was very easy including my phone connection, the instructions were clear and simple to follow. On completion all 8 cameras working perfectly with clear sharp pictures, I have not used the 4 cameras supplied will save for later use. This system is without question great value for money, excellent build and picture quality which was a question always in the back of my mind considering the relatively low purchase cost. Its now been operating for a few days so my only question now is will it stand the test of time? But yes I can certainly recommend this product.

Bought this system after having an unwanted visitor to our shed. Chose wired over wireless because I do believe it was much easier to install than wireless for where I have put it, which is in the loft. The wires simply run around the loft, out the eaves to the camers on the walls. The first camera was a bit of a faff to install, the rest became easier with the last taking less than an hourfrom start to finish. Pro - for the price you get HD cameras and a HD recorder and everything you need to get going Pro - it comes with software to install on PC and mobile which work - some have said that it didnt work, but it did for us after a little thought. It didnt work automatically and a manual would have helped. This from a guy who generally passes the manual to the wife and says "thats for you" Cons - the instruction manual is not great but its pretty common sense to set up - that is except the software where a good manual would do wonders to improve the system. The system has been designed so that you can just click through the default menu options and it works, all very easy. However stopping the system from triggering when it shouldnt is not so easy. Ours gets triggered by rain which is a tad annoying and headlights.

For reference I bought the 4 camera, 1TB kit. Ignore the Xmas decs mess lol. Has to ask my tradey neighbour to drill walls etc for me - took like half an hour. Fourth camera not decided where to use yet. See the pics - they work really well. Since install we have had frosts and torrential wind/rain. The cameras were not phased by this. The night vision is particularly impressive. Bit clunky software - there is probably a software update but as it works, I'm not bothered. Worked out of the box. Replaced the mouse with a better one but that's my preference. Had to turn off the 'need password everytime' as it's annoying with a long password. Turned off notifiactions also. If you don't you will have hundreds a day - like every car that goes past etc. For me that does not defeat the object as I'm nearly always around. The app works well too - can cycle through the cameras from wherever I may be out and about. It was easy to connect the app to my system too - follow the instructions and you will be ok. Playback, FF and rewind all work great - it's like having your own proffesional outfit at home. Has connections for 4 more cameras too. You can view single camera on screen, 2 cameras, 2+2 and so on also. I had tried a few wireless rubbish cameras - the facts are that yes - just ask a neighbour/mate etc to drill and fit the cameras, run and tack them for you - and it's done. You pay whatever you need to. It's a very easy job for a tradey/handyman etc. I have no ladders etc, but you can easily do it yourself if competent. I am so glad I chose this kit out of the 1.45 million on Amazon. I really am. I have a lot of PC equipment etc, so I am using the cameras on a 21" monitor and it's about the right size I would say. It arrives very quickly due to being from Amazon. It's packed superbly - really proffesional box and packaging to stop damage. If you want you can change the drive to a bigger capacity (it's simply SATA powered) - also if you buy the NO HDD option it's simple to put one in. The 1TB version is plenty to be honest - unless you want to keep stuff for weeks you don't need a bigger drive. If a disaster happens to them in a month or 2 I shall update the review but for now it's a firm 5*.

installation simple, bonne qualité d'image jour et nuit, manque juste une notice en français pour les détails tel la liaison pour internet.

Funcionan bien, la calidad de la imagen es buena aunque no nítida del todo. Se puede almacenar todo en el disco duro interno. Tiene también imagen nocturna y la verdad que se ve bastante bien. Pegas: para poder ver las imágenes desde otro lado (fuera del lugar donde están instaladas) resulta difícil configurarlo, yo tardé una tarde entera (hay que registrarte en una pagina y caerte una cuenta con las cámaras). Un vez superado esto, las imágenes se pueden ver desde cualquier lugar a través de la aplicación VEyeCloud. Yo las veo desde el móvil sin problema. Esta aplicación es de pago para el iPad y gratis para iPhone; para android es gratis y funciona bien también. La 4 cámaras vienen con todos sus accesorios para instalarlas, yo las he instalado en una tienda de mediano tamaño y el cable me ha llegado bien. En general estoy bastante satisfecho, aunque si tuviera que configurarlas de nuevo seguramente tardaría lo mismo (es un poco lío)

Premessa ======== chiariamo una cosa, questi tipi di kit, hanno sì le telecamere in digitale, ma il segnale è trasmesso in analogico (a scelta tra PAL o NTSC), la cui definizione massima (PAL) è di 625 linee a 50 Hz. Il che non è un granché come definizione. Se si vuole una definizione più alta, bisogna rivolgersi su sistemi molto più costosi dove il segnale è trasmesso in digitale. Recensione ========= Questo kit mi è piaciuto per il prezzo e per le telecamere con filtro meccanico. Acquistato per un totale di 249 euro (spedizione gratuita), 1TB di disco rigido da 3"1/2 incluso, dal venditore SANNCE, residente negli UK, (quindi niente tasse doganali). Ordinato Giovedì 19 febbraio 2015, è arrivato martedì 24 febbraio. Il kit è arrivato con le spine di tipo G, inutilizzabili da noi. Il fornitore, dopo una mia mail, mi ha immediatamente spedito gratuitamente gli adattatori per le nostre spine (via posta prioritaria), che sono arrivati a tempo di record: 2 giorni lavorativi. Come si vede di giorno? La definizione delle telecamere è onesta a quanto dichiarato: 800TVL, più che sufficiente per i miei scopi. Cercate su Youtube CCTV 700TVL, 800TVL, 1000TVL per capire la differenza. Come si vede di notte? Il filtro meccanico funziona perfettamente, e la visione è sorprendente per il prezzo del kit. Allego due screenshot presi a circa 12 ore di distanza. Manualistica cartacea essenziale ed in inglese. Applicazioni e Manualistica digitale Il kit è provvisto di Mini CD, contente documentazione approfondita (in inglese) più il software per gestire il kit sia in in LAN che via Internet. Il software del DVR è intuitivo e volendo si può impostare la lingua in italiano. Sono tantissime le opzioni, davvero complete (Registrazione continua, o in base al calendario per ogni canale (gestione Allarmi, Interruzioni video, allarmi via mail, ecc.). Tutto il software da installare sugli smartphone, PC ed Android TV Box è licenziato con il numero di serie del DVR. Molto comodo il QR code che ti rimanda immediatamente al market del tuo telefono per scaricare l'App per vedere il DVR remotamente. Nella mia rete locale abbiamo due Android box TV, stranamente l'App dichara che non è installabile sul Minix NEO X7; ho risolto con un'altra App della stessa serie (MyEye). Nessun problema sull'altro box né sull'iPhone 4s. Il fornitore Molto cortese e disponibile, si è dimostrato serio sia per la velocità con cui ha risposto alle mie domande (in inglese) che con le velocità con cui mi ha spedito gli adattatori. DDNS - Servizio necessario per chi non ha un indirizzo IP pubblico statico Questo DVR offre la possibilità di utilizzare fino a 5 diversi operatori di DDNS: 1) CN99 - che ho dovuto scartare perché il sito è in cinese. 2) DynDns - scartato perché è diventato a pagamento 3) Oray - idem 4) No-IP - (gratis a certe condizioni) 5) Myq-see - Ho scelto questo perché ancora gratuito in data odierna (27/03/2015) Il sito di Myq-see è molto semplice, ed offre plugin per Windows e Linux. Il servizio funziona perfettamente: semplice da configurare nel DVR, mentre per la configurazione del router, dipende da quello che possedete.

The system is valid and works good. But if you want to zoom in the images it does too much and is like loosing The focus and the zoomed image cannot be recognized anymore..so worthless if you want to show someone face to a police..has agood images but not zoom in at all..is a for a general wiew. Workst bery well at night too.. Easy to install
