Effective homeopathic treatment for bruises
A quality Homeopathic cream which helps to soothe and brings out bruises.It works best if it is applied as soon as possible after bumping yourself, the cream is odourless and absorbs quickly into the skin, it should initially be reapplied a few times a day.Arnica is very inexpensive and is a must for your First Aid cabinet.

Great for reducing the colour and swelling
Love this product, had never heard of it before someone mentioned it to me..it really helps with the pain relief but works really well at taking the deep purple colour out of bruises.

Does the job. Value for money. Dont know if really helps to heal the bruise but definitely helps smooth the skin. Not smell. Natural ingredients. Dont really feel the cooling effect.

I’m TOEtally impressed
It’s not very often a product lives up to its claims. I’m fact I’ve only ever come across a handful in my life.This is definitely one of them.I’m so impressed with this cream and arnica. I knew of arnica but never had any cause to use it until I broke my second toe ten days ago. The bruising and swelling was almost instant and the pain was horrific.I ordered some of this and started to use it about two days in which is when I felt like I could touch the toe. It’s ten days now and the bruising is all but gone. The swelling has decreased dramatically and I e hardly had any pain either the toe. This stuff is magic. I normally take a long time for bruising to fade and that’s just with a little bump.I literally dropped a hammer on my bare toe. The bruise in the photo is a few days after using it. I wish I’d got a photo of the before but never thought about it. Anyhow, ten days later, we’ll actually 8 days with the cream. And I’m so impressed. This stuff is definitely something I’ll keep in the first aid box. I really am impressed.Sorry for the gross, hairy toes.lol
