After getting sick 3 times in the space of a single month (thanks to this glorious bipolar UK weather) I figured it was time to admit I'm no longer the spring chicken I once was, and sought to seek out vitamin supplements. True, I could always do the best thing and source everything naturally, but in this busy 21st century, sometimes it's just not feasible.Anyway enough of my story. I was recommended these tablets by my Martial Arts instructor and I haven't looked back since. You're meant to take them 3 times a day and they're fairly big, so always gulp them down with generous amounts of water.Speaking of which, your wee wee (can I say that on here?) will turn greenish-yellow: from what I understand, this is the excess water-soluble vitamins expelled into the urine as they cannot be stored in the body (please correct me if I'm wrong!!). This shouldn't be a cause of concern, so don't be alarmed when you go for a slosh and start peeing neon colours out of your hose. Having said that, do drink lots of fluid every day, 1ml for every kcal of your daily energy expenditure!After taking these 3 times a day for over a month, I honestly can't say I feel better, but hopefully time will tell, and I hope that it will help keep illnesses at bay as that's why I originally started taking them. I will say though that my skin has gotten noticeably better. Yes, they're not cheap, but I have absolute confidence in this product and I'd definitely recommend these just for overall maintenance of health. I will continue taking these from now on.PS. I've read a few reviews about these tablets causing sleepless nights, I can confirm this isn't the case for me and that supposedly, earlier versions contained Ginseng. I've read the ingredients and the product as of now contains no Ginseng, which is a shame as I really struggle to get out of bed every morning.PS II. Also to the people that complain the tablets are too big or don't taste nice... when have Vitamin tablets ever tasted nice or been pleasant to swallow?? Maybe you should try kiddy vitamins, I hear they come in strawberry flavour.

Best stuff for gym
I am going to the gym 5 times a week + 1-2 afternoon football, so I'm trying to make sure that everything is there nutrition wise that my body needs. I take a bunch of food supplements including: Pure95 protein isolate, 42Nu digestive enzymes, NOW betadine HCI (protein digestive enzymes), NutraVita bio cultures, #RAW ecdy, Nu U Omega 3 fish oil, Nu U turmeric... and Solgar Male Multiples.Just run out of my male multiples 2 weeks ago, and that's when I recognised they worth more than the rest of my supplements all together. My progress in the gym slow down big time. Ordered 2 x 120 tablets, arrived today.Compares to my previous pack:- They don't smell like a dead fox anymore, recipe is updated I guess (my colleagues in the office used to moan about the previous one... like I care)- change in shape, now it's flat and easy to swallowNot sure if it still affects sleeping if you're taking them late, I wouldn't take it after 6pm to stay on the safe side.I am very happy with this product. Gives me energy and my progress in the gym is much better with them.

good mix
Was diagnosed with low B-12 vitamin deficiency, this has more than enough to boost levels.. proven by repeat blood tests.Also contains many beneficial minerals, which are chelated - the most usable type of minerals by our bodies, so I read.It is a good quality product, but does absolutely stink - I wretch at the smell of the tablets, and just have to pinch my nose to get them down!

A quality product
I try to buy Solgar products whenever I can, as they are good quality. I've been using this particular product for a number of years now. If you don't like swallowing large pills, you may have a problem with these. They are quite large, so you need to drink plenty of water with them. You have to take three a day, so I buy the 120 tablet bottle because the 60 tablet doesn't last very long. They provide almost all the supplements you need in one pill, so you don't really have to buy anything else. Delivery was nice and quick too.

Great Quaity
I've tried many supplements but this one has all the most complete set of vitamins by far! It smells a little strong so I suggest you to put somewhere in bathroom :D

Seems to work well, high hopes with this supplement!
I have noted results since day one (and I am taking just one per day), feeling better while doing my work (better attitude), be careful not using it at night (felt asleep after 5 am), hope it develops better results with time (have used the second one today)

Best Multivitamin Around
Not really sure what more to say aside from the headline. Definitely feel a difference after two weeks. More energy, more focus and concentration and general well-being appears to better than before.Only con is the stench of the damn thing. Keep it in a safe, in a cupboard in the basement because simply opening the bottle has the effect of dropping a stink bomb in whatever room you're in.Pill isn't THAT big. Just man up and take it down with a gulp of water.

Great product best multivitamins available on here
Wonderful product... It really gives me a boost of energy....I only take one tablet a day rather recommended dosage.... But I would slowly increase it full recommended dosage of 3 a day.... It has all vitamins and minerals a man should take along with additional herbal stuff too which is all good stuff... Highly recommend.
