LIMITED EDITION Hardcore Carnivore Fried Turkey Seasoning: Turkey, Chicken Wings, Pot Pie + More

Are you sitting down? My wife and I AGREE ON THIS ONE!! It's a great seasoning. Not too much salt. Lots of savory herbs and flavor. Yet another great product by Jess Pryles. While I won't use as much as Black, I have already had to reorder.

I used peanut oil with an 18lb fresh turkey at TG, and this almost blackened. Still delicious! Will buy this every year. I made a butter concoction for under the skin as well. I spatchcocked a chicken tonight, weekend later, and smoked on my ZGrill and it was better on that. It has some kick obviously.

Very good blend. Slight savory heart to go along with the flavor profile. Great on Turkey and grilled wings.

I used this seasoning for the first time this year, and everyone loved it.I purchased the "Hardcore Carnivore Turkey Kit" (Seasoning was in the kit). I had two large turkey breasts and six thighs and used the brine in the kit to do an 18-hour brine. Then, Thanksgiving morning, I did a quick rinse, seasoned them with this seasoning, and smoked them. This came out so good that I'll probably never fry another turkey.

I stumbled upon the Hardcore Carnivore line of seasonings after watching one of the duck dynasty guys recommend it so I thought whats the worst think that can happen? Well it affected my bank account that's for sure because after getting one flavor I had to get them all! Fantastic seasoning and I highly recommend.
