It does drown out snoring
I bought this product for one purpose, to drown out snoring. It is comfortable enough to sleep in, unlike in ear AirPods. I pair it with white noise and can barely hear the snoring beside me. The only drawback is the mild anxiety I feel when I wake up, and my phone tells me I have exceeded the safe limit of headphone and decibel use. It is easy to charge so I’m glad I paid for this upgrade. It is very light and easy to stick in a backpack when traveling light.

Quality issues
Update: company reached out after posting original review. They sent a replacement Bluetooth module but sadly it had the same issues. After messaging them they sent a different model module. This one is the same model as one purchased a couple years & happy to report no connectivity issues. As an added bonus it has a tone instead of voice for power on/off/connected which I’m happy with. Adding an extra star for company’s response & the older model Bluetooth module.Let me preface this review with the fact that I’ve own several sleep headphones from this company for well over a decade, since before they started offers wireless option. This will probably be my last pair. In recent years they typically start having issues just past the warranty time, mostly with the delicate wires. This pair however immediately had issues with the effortless charging. After several emails & a trip to the ups store I received replacement parts. This fixed the charging issue, but there’s issues with connectivity & sound quality. I primarily use them to listen to audiobooks at night & I noticed background static & sometimes it sounds garbled. Originally I thought it was an issue with the book but the noise went away when I switched to other headphones. It will randomly disconnect from Bluetooth (even though it shows connected) & then I either need to disconnect/connect via settings or turn them off & on again. Not a huge deal except when trying to sleep or it happens multiple times.I will say AcousticSheep has really slim speakers which is great for side sleeping but I can no longer justify the cost for the quality.

Always love sleephones
I've sued sleephones for over a decade now and I love them. I will continue to use them for a long time.

If I could give it ZERO stars, I would.
The review title says it all. It will ruin any pillowcase that you sleep on as you see in the pics. The stains will not wash out. Pillowcases, sheets, anything it touches during your sleep will be ruined. Sound is horrible. It doesn’t keep its shape. It gets looser and looser as time goes on. Keep searching, this is a waste of money.

Not perfect but definitely gets the job done.
Best device I’ve found to listen to music while I sleep. It’s not perfect but it gets the job done. The sound quality is fine and if you line the headphones up perfectly they get pretty loud. They fit well and aren’t overly hot. They are difficult to charge. I usually have to mess with the charging pad for a few minutes to get it to charge. They also have an issue where I have to forget device every night to get them to reconnect. I don’t know if that’s a software issue or what but it’s definitely mildly annoying and inconvenient. Also they will fall off in the middle of the night if you’re a side sleeper especially if you like to switch sides. But they’re easy to find and they stay on long enough for me to pass out so that’s not much of an issue.

Sleeping at last
The headphones don't block out loud snoring, but the music with the downloaded app from Acoustic Sheep, when played through the headphones, distracts me enough to fall asleep much easier, and stay asleep. The headband also blocks out the light if you pull it down over your eyes as it suggests.

Better than the cheaper alternatives, but not perfect.
These sleep headbands perform as expected and surpass many entry-level options in durability and functionality. Both the comfort and battery life are excellent, making them a reliable choice for nightly use. However, There Are Some Drawbacks:Wireless Charging: Can be finicky to align properly.Longevity Issues: After about 500 days, mine stopped working entirely. Replacing the Bluetooth module is nearly as expensive as buying a new pair.No Noise Cancellation: They do not offer noise-canceling features.Charging Connector: The charger uses a micro-USB instead of USB-C, which feels outdated.Non-Replaceable Battery: The internal battery isn’t designed to be replaced.Overall, while they offer great comfort and battery life, be aware of these potential issues before purchasing.

Uncomfortable and not useful
I tried to use this to listen to sounds to sleep better. The control buttons and battery pack located at the back of the head made sleeping on my back uncomfortable. The ear pieces were also quite large and ridged so I would wake up with sore ears if I slept on either side. The app is strange and has a timer, but after the timer ran out, instead of turning off the headphones played static which woke me up. Lastly, I was occasionally trying the volume completely down on accident when I moved in the night. I wish the ear pieces had been more cushioned and the timer had turned off the headset entirely instead of just the sounds. I returned these.
