Top notch quality
Super Easy to use, compact in size and best part is don’t waste lot of water. Long lasting. The refills are easily available.

Good cleaning performance but needs a better design
The mop cleans really well and is easy to use, but the spinning basket could be improved. When you spin it, some water tends to splash out, which makes a bit of a mess. If the bucket were slightly deeper or better covered, it would be perfect. Overall, it does the job well — just needs a small design update.

Never Buy this for floor cleaning
This item is just to mop water in the floor - just clear water. Dirty Mop cant be cleaned in the tub, because there is no different chamber to separate the dirty & clean water. Just get the clean water in the tub mop the clean water in the floor, thts it, if it get dirty throw the water away get the clean water again. This is just a half design version of the actual model which can be ordered from different place.

High price but not worth it.
Fold feature isn’t working for us and it’s broken as it gets weak after use. We can't find a replacement head for same. It’s a waste of money.

Mop is not drying completely
The mop is very bad. It does not dry completely because of the tub design, which makes cleaning very difficult. I tried to return it, but we had already thrown away the packaging box since it is a Scotch-Brite item and we did not expect any fault.
