Customer service
I love these flat out. I bought one we broke it they sent a replacement. I assume there was a misunderstanding somewhere because I received one box (3 boards) was amazing mistake. I have broken two and just opened the last… except it is malfunctioning and I have no option to use customer support now. Every single turn over and over the board is not registering what is hit and if you hit the right spot it just turns off… I would also love to know what specific power cord works with this particular board… that would be amazing….

So far so good, with one exception
We have had the board for nearly two months and we play games nearly every weekend. It seems like a real good value so far. It also seems well built and I really like all of the game options. However, the sound did quit working at some point. I honestly don't care about that as I always turned the sound off. Also, I'm not certain that someone didn't throw a dart into the speaker that then caused our problem. But either way, for the money, I'm happy.

Great Dart Board!
I bought this Bull Shooter Board because my friend has one that we use a lot. It works great and I like the heckler feature too.

Backyard fun
I was looking for an activity to play in the backyard while sheltering in place. After reading reading many dartboard reviews, I selected this one. I've been very happy with it. The board seems to be well-made. The darts that come with the board are good quality, holding up to some misses thrown into the wall behind the board. Sure there are some bounce outs, but not too many. I've only played one of the games so far (301) but there are many to choose from. I looked specifically for a battery powered board and so far battery life has been good. I'm definitely happy with the purchase.

This dartboard doesn’t work.
I put in four new AA batteries. Hit the POWER button. Nothing happened. Put in four more new batteries after taking the others out. Hit the POWER button. Nothing happened. I wasted a lot of money on an electronic dartboard that doesn’t work. Disappointed is the least of my feelings.

Missing parts ( 6 Darts )
The media could not be loaded. I recently purchased the Electronic Dartboard from Amazon, but it arrived without the promised six darts and with a damaged case. While the dartboard itself provides an enjoyable gaming experience, the missing items and damaged case were a major letdown. I hope to receive the missing darts.

Unsuitable for practice with good darts
This board does work. The lights come on, buttons work, it mounts securely to the wall with the included hardware. It scores properly (mostly). That said, it is a tip destroying, bounce-o-matic, higher scoring on the floor in front of it than on the board, piece of plastic. I've been through ten different types of tips on my 16g darts trying to find anything that would work with this board. Found ONE that barely has a better than 50% stick rate and they're expensive. Even then, a half hour of practice costs me 10 to 15 tips, almost all from bounce/fall/??? floor impact damage. By contrast, a league night of about 3 hours costs me 3 or 4 tips and my darts almost never hit the floor. In addition to the endless broken and bent tips, it also destroys shafts because more than half the darts hit the floor. If you want to just play with included cheap darts and you don't take it seriously, this should be fine for an evening of light family amusement. But it is completely unsuitable for serious practice or players with good equipment.
