I bought this mold to make candy tombstones to decorate my nephew's birthday cake. Unfortunately the hot melted chocolate has some kind of reaction with the mold and when the chocolate gets hard,it gets whitish, like old chocolate. I wasted a lot of good/expensive chocolate thinking that I was doing something wrong, until I realized that the problem was the mold, because I used a different mold (same chocolate) to make skulls and they came out perfect.

I bought this originally to make resin arts with it but I decided to use it for ice cubes. I love things like this to use year round and it works really well. My only complaint is that the lid does not snap on... It just lays on top so it does not protect from spilling at all when using with water. But it is really cute and I recommend it.

This mold is one of my favorite molds! great detail easy to release and of a great size for my needs. If I was you I would order it, trust me you to will like it.

I use them for making halloween soap. I wish they were a little bit bigger but, they have fine detail, they are easy to use, and make a fun bar of soap. Wash in the dishwasher.
