May Need to Do a Little Trimming
I like this tray very much...now that I've made it easy to remove. When I first installed it, it went into the console compartment easily; however, when I went to remove it, the front edge was caught under the lip of the console edge. Once I finally got the tray out, I took a box cutter and shaved off the front, right edge of the foremost part of the tray (red circle and screw driver pointing in the pic). Put it back in and it now comes out very easily. Could be that my car is the issue (2021 Volvo XC60), but the tray was easy enough to adjust. Thought I'd share just in case this helps anyone else.

Item fit perfectly in my 2023 Volvo XC90 and a great addition to my center console.

Fits fine hard to take off
Fits the XC60 2023 just fine. Assembly complexity level a breeze but removal is a struggle. Suggest at least a team of 3 people and 1 of them must have either long strong nails or the team must bring specific tool set.

Gorgeous and Perfect Fit but Can't Remove
The size is perfect. Almost too perfect that if you put it a slightly deeper, the front edge gets caught and unable to remove. I had to use fine tip screw drivers to get it out.The key is to put it straight down, not to start from either side then it will sit nicely.

Beware - too tight!
Almost bent Volvo console trim trying to get it out. Had to use pliers to remove! Too tight at the front sloped area!
