Tried these patches just to help with my dodgy old knees. They are easy to apply and adhere well.The aroma of wormwood is neither unpleasant nor overpowering and they provide a comforting warmth.I am now a regular user.

Thèse came today.seemed to ease the pain and no swelling.had it on for 5 hours.patches were realy good.minus side was I nearly pulled my skin off as its so sticky.cant risk that being diabetic so won't use them again

these worked for my knee strain of ongoing 6 months. Strained it gardening and a bad one too.Patches used for 5 days and I have noticed a real improvement thus far, and will keep using them for another coupla weeks. Fingers crossed.only complaint is amazon whi stung me for £4.99 delivery ( after all the custom i give amazon over the years they still cane the delivery charges!)

I was really surprised how well these patches work, easy to put on and stay in place all day. Will be buying more when needed.

DO NOT ORDER THIS product. It leaves burn marks and gives you a bad rash with no warning on the packaging and it has been used as described.

To be honest I had to stop using them after 6/7 days as they lifted a bit of my skin as I was removing the pad. So I don’t really know how effective they are.
