I have recently learned that I have cataracts along with my 74 year old eyes. As such I have difficulty reading fine print on many products as well as seeing the expiration date on grocery items. These Magnifiers are outstanding as they provide extra light onto the items I am reading. I use them to read my newspapers and all of my prescription medications. I have seen the eye doctor and I pay about $350 for a pair of glasses. These magnifier lenses now make it possible to read everything comfortably. Yes! I take the smaller pair to the store (s) with me. It is true that the battery cover sometimes comes loose and that can be fixed with a rubber band. I will have cataract surgery sometime in the future but I will also get older and will still need this product. I highly recommend it for anyone as it represents high quality at an outstanding price. The item is not just for senior citizens it is also great for the younger generation for examining science projects (bugs etc.) or anything small.

All I needed was a way to read the back of pill bottles or the bottom of my notebook model number. You cannot be the price..Now for the LOL - the smaller larger mag lens...Hold the item you want to read, upside down as the lens read everything flipped vertically! Made me laugh. These are perfect for basic mag needs.

These are nice magnifiers and I use them quite a lot for a variety of things. Have lights is a great feature. They lost one star due to the fact that the tab that opens the battery compartment opens with the lightest touch. Drove me crazy until duct tape came to the rescue. They need to fix this because not everyone is fine with adding tape to their new product. I'll update if I see that they fixed the problem. They are really good lights and if a bit of tape doesn't bother you, then don't hesitate.

I keep these in my kitchen drawer and mainly use them for reading small print on labels. It's crazy how tiny the print is now. Before getting these, I would use the camera on my phone and zoom in. It's great not having to do that anymore. The only reason I took a star off is because the light comes on too easy for me. I keep these in a drawer with a lot of other stuff and every time I get in the drawer, they light up. I like the light. I just wish it was just a little less sensitive.

These are very easy to hold and see through. I was disappointed that the 30x and 45x zoom was the smaller lens, which is harder to see through because it's so small.

Outstanding package deal. Ordered for an elderly person and they are perfect for his usage. Consider this to be a great product for the price. Clarity seems to be there and it magnifies as expected. No issues with the purchase or product.

The trouble with getting older... need magnifiers! These are perfect! I love that they have a light... so helpful!
