Had shipping issues, came 'Postage due'. Other than that, just what I needed.

The product is perfectly fine. I got exactly what I ordered.My complaint is that Amazon used USPS for shipping.The order went from Houston, TX (255 miles from me) to BOSTON, MA then back to TX for delivery.10 days to deliver a package 255 miles.Why does Amazon use the worst delivery system in this country?

My garage door torsion spring broke. As I watched videos on changing it, most said to change your bearings at the same time. So that’s what I did. Changing the bearing end plate really did not add that much more time, maybe 15 minutes. My door does seem to be a bit quieter now.

This bearing plate is commonly used with many garage door systems and they are made in Canada,as with any overhead spring door working on them can be dangerous and requires knowledge to work on and that is why the 2 star on install.The plates and bearings themselves are good but I replaced a set that were only 2 years old with a bad bearing so I rated a 4 star.

Perfect fit for standard garage door. Item is shipped as a single stamping with bearings installed. You will just need to bend them a few times to snap them apart.
