I love everything about this! It's collapsible and easy to tuck away. The handle makes it prefect to carry with one hand from the sink to my 'spa' under my desk without spilling. The high heat setting really gets HOT quickly. The nifty removable remote control neatly snaps magnetically into place on top of the unit when not in use. It's easy to clean. The one thing that is slightly annoying is that the little piece with the pumice stone tends to the slip off it's little hub while in use, but it's really no big deal. It would just be nice if it it would twist into place and stay put.

I had purchased another one before getting this one and I was very disappointed and SO HAPPY when I got this one! Other ones may tell you that they keep the water hot and that it bubbles but in fact it only if that keeps the water slightly warm this one right here will actually get as hot as you want it to (feels like nail spa hot) and the bubbling pressure is perfect and the foot rub function on the bottom is perfect! I am obsessed I used it with the tea tree oil salt they have on here on amazon and my foot felt amazing post 12 hours nursing shift and I slept like a baby! and I'm so happy I invested in this. The remote controller that's removable does make a difference because why would a queen or a king have to bend down to change functions when you can do it while sitting pretty and comfy!It is not only collapsible and has a handle on top to make it super easy to cary and even if tis collapses it has. feature that makes it very sturdy to even place your feet on top for breaks! Get it!

It is effective , but it doesn’t massage the foot as stated in the product description

This is not a great machine. Thermostat worked well for the first day or two then became erratic. The "pumice stone" attachment is basically useless. Tiny, misplaced and comes loose complete on its own. This is definitely a "you get what you pay for" machine. Do not recommend.UPDATE: The seller sent me a brand new machine with no charge at all. I was VERY appreciative of this gesture. I made sure I used it almost daily for a period time before I revised my review. In the end, this machine is a 3 out of 5 in my opinion. I don't regret getting it, but it's not the greatest. It is very affordable, but average in my opinion. The motor is quite loud and not conducive to relaxation, so I always turn it off. My least favorite feature is the little detachable pumice stone circle in the middle of the machine, towards the heel. It is at an awkward place to rub your feet (too close to the heater), too small and 100% of the time pops off when you try to use it. I basically threw it out. It's not a necessary feature, but why add it when it's essentially useless.All in all, if you want a basic foot bath where you don't need the bubbles or pumice stone, it will do the job. And their customer service was very good when I posted my initial review. I really hoped to post a more positive review due to their swift action with my previous concerns. But I'd be lying if I said this was a superb foot bath.

Update: The manufacturer reached out to me and offers a full replacement. I gladly accepted! Great customer service! I didn’t even reach out to them! Thank you 😊Used once and the remote no longer works. Not happy
