Thick, yummy paste. A little medicinal tasting at first, but you get over it pretty fast. The flavor is strong enough that you can really taste the vanilla.

Vanilla bean paste is officially my new favorite way to impart that beautiful vanilla flavor into my sweets.I've used it in sugar cookies, macarons, mousses, cheesecakes, cakes, glazes, icings, and buttercreams. All have received rave reviews.If there's one complaint, it's that this paste colors batters and frostings. I don't mind this, but many bakers aren't fond of this and use clear extracts. But I feel like nothing is better than true vanilla bean, but it's so expensive. Vanilla bean paste is a great substitute and you still get the flecks of vanilla bean in your baked good. I personally love the aesthetic of the flecks and can't get enough.I highly recommend and will buy again!Shipping was fast and the paste arrived safely.

I would have preferred a product with more vanilla bean. I don’t think I will buy this brand again but it still tastes great!

I used to use Nielsen-Massey Pure Vanilla Bean Paste but with the huge price increase I had to look for other options. I knew this would likely not be as good but it is vastly inferior. I will continue to look elsewhere. This paste is thin, watery, and weak tasting. You may as well use vanilla extract.

this vanilla paste has a strong flavor which I love and there is a sweetness to the paste. It does well in every recipe I have use it on. It has changed how I use vanilla. It does cost a bit more but I like to bake so will pay the extra to make a better cookie or cake with lots of flavor
