Bought this for my sister who has celiac disease. I've been looking for an egg-type noodle that goes well with beef-tips or beef stroganoff. Other types of noodles don't even come close. All different makes and shapes but these had great reviews from other people and I have to agree I've tried them and these taste great and cook up nice, can't tell the difference between regular noodles and these gluten-free ones.

I eat this because I'm gluten free and it tastes great and isn't slimy like some other gf noodles that I've tried. It is the gf equivalent of a thick egg noodle.

These are the best testing gluten free egg noodles I found. Buy in bulk or price is high. You really have to watch the cooking time as with all gluten free pasta or noodles so they don’t turn to mush
