I had ordered these shoes in white in the past so I decided to get the same shoe but in the navy blue but what I got was completely the opposite of the white shoes I got previously. I tried numerous times with the purchaser to get this resolved went round and round with her to either get the navy that I purchased or to exchange to another pair of white but to no avail so Amazon took over and resolved my problem instantly.If you order these shoes and it does have the little white oval sticker with black writing logo on it then the shoes will be warm, soft, almost like silicone texture, wide width, dreamy comfortable, can walk for days w/o your feet ever hurting, seriously! They are that good! That's why I tried so hard to get the same shoes I got before but just in a different color. BUT if you get the shoes with NO oval sticker and just a flower that is a part of the shoe, it's not something that comes off, it's made within the plastic of the shoe then the shoes will be cold, extremely hard, feels like a plastic tote and very tight, one step and your foot cramps, your toes are squeezed together and if you have any heel pain, you'll feel it instantly. I highly don't recommend the cold hard shoes even if you get a bigger size, your feet will hurt tremendously!!When you get your order check to see if it has the white oval logo sticker, if it does you're golden!! Enjoy the dreamy walking shoes!! If you get the cold hard embedded flower design then I would return them. I did try washing them to see if they would soften up but no it didn't work. Just Cold. Hard. Plastic.

I got a pair black size 8 and it fitted great. I ordered a second pair and it was also a size 8 but obviously smaller when compared. The quality didn't seem as good also. Will return so I am "just" out shipping which is about 40% of the shoe. Product was changed..

Great work shoe for the price! Very comfortable. Extremely light. Feels like you’re walking on air. Not very thick or sturdy but for the price they do the job. I think they run on the smaller side.
