I've been tried tons of protein bars in the last two years when I started my workout journeys. This is the best one by far. It has a really large amount of fiber, which keeps the blood sugar level stable. It's relatively lower in calories. Usually, a bar like this has at least 200 calories. And it is also high in protein. And most important thing is, it tastes really good! Very crunchy but not too sweet. I like the peanut butter and vanilla flavors. They are my favorites. However, I do not like chocolate and strawberry ones. They taste different, and not as crunchy.

These are crunchy, sweet, salty and very yummy. Its really the only protein bar that doesn't leave you with some kind of synthetic taste in your mouth. There isn't any crazy gummy texture. Its kinda like a peanut butter rice crispy treat.we like it.

These are almost too good. I would crave more but with my diet I had to control myself, a couple of times that did not happen. I love the low carb and I have bought more than once will probably do a subscription. They are amazing and so good for my diet!!

These taste great. Many of the low carb snacks have a gross taste. These taste great and are very filling.

Nutty bar with a good flavor to curb your craving . It’s one of the better ones for a high protein diet. There’s another one called Sweet N Salty that I like as well

These are now my go to snack. They taste amazing but they are low in calorie and sugar and high in protein. I have these on monthly auto order. Order them! You won’t be disappointed! My whole family loves them.

I am not a big peanut butter fan, but these are pretty good.
