Superbox S2 Pro is a great TV box. you must watch videos from reviewers and other users which will help you understand better how this thing works! we have several S2 S3 boxes, we configure them to disable all the bloatware. Sign out of all unused apps, disable chrome, photos, voice commands (used in chrome) not the voice commands for watching or searching TV content. Rarely will you see updates available however you can do with this box as you may have done with your past Android phones. load other SDK, apps not native. perform a backup of factory load in case you nuke the box then simply reload and off and running.Channels do freeze at random but usually on very popular channels so it's obvious the creators streaming devices/ servers become overloaded. simply change channel back n forth and often the frozen channel comes back.Tons of content available. We're happy with ours. have purchased these for friends and family too! Highly recommended!~

My husband got this for me for Christmas, and I love it!! I was having such a hard time finding the channels my shows are on in a package that didn’t cost a fortune, and it wasn’t working. This came with easy set up instructions, and contact info if help is needed. The controller is touchy but it really works and you can watch literally anything you want!!

I have the S3Pro. Great for TV and movies. Recommend high speed internet. Both WiFi and Ethernet connection work well, but Ethernet works best for movies. Sometimes movies will stop, but exiting and going back at the point it stopped starts it up again.Over a 1000 TV stations and hundreds of movies. I bought one to try and ended up buying another for our bedroom TV. Now to decide whether to completely get rid of DISH or subscribe to a knocked down set of channels. DISH does have some conveniences but is it worth keeping just for that?

I have one on every TV do not pay for cable you just need a good internet speed over 200 for it to work good or it will buffer

I have purchased 2 Super Boxes. At first they were great. Now the info on channel guides are rarely correct. I have the fastest internet connection available. I have NO ISSUES with anything using wifi other than these tv boxes. NOTHING will stream smoothly. Right now about half my channels have NO sound. Every 15 seconds the video pauses. And in the middle of a ballgame I am VERY OFTEN getting “channel down for maintenance”. Free tv is NOT a bargain when you cant watch anything! I HATE IT! Id sell both of them if I could get anything for them. And let me add I live in the city, not in a rural area. And I live alone so there is no one else in my household slowing down the wifi/internet speed. I highly recommended this product when I first purchased it. But no longer. Its a total waste of $$. And I have 2 versions. The newer one is not ANY better than the old one. DONT WASTE YOUR $$ ON THIS PRODUCT!

Freezes a lot and down for maintenance comes up quite a bit at the most in opportune times when you’re watching a program Would send back and upgrade if allotted time hadn’t passed
