I think it is working
Have been using for a couple of months. Not seeing a particularly noticeable increase in amount of hair. But am seeing fewer hairs in the sink drain, and scalp itch (psoriasis) has stopped.

poor packaging
i used the product before. It is good. the packaging so poor. it was delivered just in brown paper envelope and one of the item was squished and half of it was spilled. They should put it in an cushioned envelope with protection
