Not something you want to purchase
I emailed this company before purchasing this item. Of course it was a Christmas gift and I didn't want to open it, so I emailed asking them if it would be okay..they advised it was fine not to open it till Christmas and within a week the hoverboard quit holding a charge, stopped charging. I hate to give bad reviews but now I have emailed them several time and have gotten nothing in response..so yes waste 200.oo dollars I mean that's nothing right? Will never order from this company again.

The absolute best customer service ever! I am so please with the genuine concern of the seller, that I, as a customer, am satisfied with my purchase. This whole purchase experience was made even better because on top of a great product my son is so happy with, the customer service included took it over the top. Absolutely no complaints so far!
My daughter loves this thing! It's a little heavy for her to carry, but that just speaks to the build quality of it. Bluetooth works well and the sound range is great. Charges pretty quick and lasts for quite a long time. The bag is a bit of a joke, very tight fit, but you don't buy it for the bag, it's just icing on the cake. The company has sent us a couple messages to make sure we were happy with our purchase as well.

Replacement of new hooverboard
After having charging issues with our CXInWalk Hoverboard , yayGear replaced the unit. We didn't expect to have the unit replaced, however the yayGear team sent us a brand new board! I cant explain how happy this made my daughter!! This was Total Customer Satisfaction at its finest! Thank You! Kyle
