Exactly what I would expect!
It was exactly what I was hoping for. It’s a well-made handle and I would recommend it if you’re looking for a replacement or trying to collect pieces to build your own custom

Hole is too large
Not bad looking, but the hole where the sword tang goes into the handle is much too large to replace the broken handle on an old stainless Taiwanese katana blade I found laying around. I could probably fill it with epoxy and use it, but epoxy is likely to break under stress if the sword was ever used. Not bad looking.

What weapon was this designed for?
I don't know what weapon this was designed for, but it wouldn't have worked on anything in my collection without disassembly and major work.I guess as a "This is what your finished product should look like" example, it might be OK, but not for restoring any actual weapons to being functional

Perfect For Custom Builds…
The handle arrived in excellent condition and much sooner than expected. I purchased this handle and a tsuba from this seller for a custom build using a Musha shirasaya blade. Will purchase again in the future. Thank you!
