Fast FreezeFast Freeze Cold Sleeve - Small

This is the 3rd cold sleeve I have purchased. I use it primarily for my elbow, but it's quite useful to chill a tender achilles tendon or kneecap. My only complaint is that after a year each of the first two began occaisonaly leak tiny drops of the interior blue liquid. Obviously I like the sleeve so much I purchased a replacement each time. Hopefully this won't happen with the 3rd sleeve, which does't freeze up quite as firmly as the earlier versions and is therefore easier to initially slide on. This last version may prove to be a five-star product.

I purchased this for tennis elbow. The product is well designed. Very durable and slips around my arm so I don't have to hold an ice pack on my elbow anymore. The sock like sleeve that goes onto my arm is comfortable and provides a barrier so the ice sleeve doesn't touch my skin. Just put the sleeve onto your arm , and then put the Quick Cool onto your arm. It stays cool a very long time....like hours. You won't be disappointed. I'm going to buy a larger one to fit around my knees for when I strain those. It is helpful to put in freezer before applying but the gel stays somewhat cool anyway.

Handy - I use this to ice my tennis elbow. It’s seems to run big though. I’m 5’7 with thin arms. Medium is way too big.

I just got my fast freeze yesterday and worn it a few times already. It is so much easier to wear than a blocky old wrap from CVS or Walgreens. I recommend this product to anyone needing their elbow iced.Now for the sizing I am a 6'3 gal and under BMI range the Medium was to big for me, so I am in the process of ordering a small. The medium I will keep for home use, but the small is going to work with me.

I got this pack to treat tendinitis in my elbow. This pack is great in that it surrounds the elbow joint. I would give it a 5 except that it is too big, and there isn't an easy way to adjust it. If you measure your arm and come out to about 10 inches or a bit more, you might want to get a small. I wish I had! Then it would be perfect.

I bought this Fast Freeze for my girlfriend and her aching elbow. As directed I measured the size of her arm approximately 5 inches above the bend in the arm toward the shoulder. Hers came out to 10.5 inches and the small fit perfectly. The sleeve rolls up the arm with the entire arm incased in the middle of the Fast Freeze to the place you want it and stays ice cold (from the freezer) longer than the standard 20 minutes used for icing. I am ordering some additional sized for my elbow and knee.

Per reviews, I ordered up a size....was a little irritated when I received it and found it to be too large. However, once frozen, it fit nicely. You need to wrap a towel around it while in use due to the excessive moisture as it thaws.

I absolutely love fast freeze. It's easy to slip it on since I only have one arm. All other ice packs are no good for someone who has disability. So, I want to thank the company for creating it! I wanted to email them directly but it says that their website isn't safe...so I'll leave a comment on here and hopefully they'll know how much I appreciate it.
