Even though the size is correct it is not fit. As I used 1 day, I didn't feel to return. As it is loose by the top cover, the feet is coming out while walking. More than that, the knitted ridge of the chappal hits roughly at the heels and paining intensely. It's slanting structure also pulls the feet out. Thereby I find it hard to walk. It needs revision on the structure as well as tightness. It's good only for those who have thick feet. If it has a string on back side , would be better. But the softness n stuff is really good

Product is good and Price is also Good when compared with offline

We returned and replaced the product twice to get the correct size, however they never delivered the correct size. Product quality was nice but size is huge issue. We tried ordering different sizes yet every time they deliver only one size. I think it's issue with the seller only. If they don't have different sizes available then should list likewise. Such inconvenience and waste of time. Not recommended at all. Worst experience.

I bought this for my mother and I must mention she was very happy with it. The sandle has appropriate cushion and it looks really nice.
