Usually the tablets are tiny little pills and you take four of them at a time unless you are treating someone young, then it is less. I’ve become something of a Hyland’s fan. I started out just trying their 12-in-one BioPlasma product and liked it well enough that I thought I’d give the individual cell salts a try as well. I’ve so far, focused on the formulae good for gastro- issues as that’s what I’ve got going on lately. I can honestly say my gut issues have been incrementally improving. I credit Hyland’s with at least a portion of that. I can’t wait to try the others when the need arises and I will continue to take the BioPlasma regularly.

I love the idea of treating a cold in a more natural way. I'll be honest though, it's hard to know if these actually work. I had a sore throat and slight stuffing nose so I began taking these along with higher doses of vitamins. The sore throat did subside after 2-3 days, but there was no miraculous recovery after 24 hours or anything like that. I will continue to use them when cold symptoms first appear, it can't hurt!Dissolve quickly, tasteless.
