The media could not be loaded.  I currently use the HP inkjet printer in my office room but got this to take prints during traveling. Overall happy with it and is a great option for travel use in this price category. Obviously not meant for office use mainly because of the printing speed and also being capable of black & white prints only, but I don't think that matters when the printer is for travel use only. I would highly recommend this for this price.My 2 cents below:Pros:- Works great for both documents and photo printing. 300 DPI is good enough and the prints are crisp & clear overall. Samples are attached for both PDF and photo prints- Complete system for travel printing needs- Built-in 2000mAh battery & full charge is supposed to give up to 150 prints- This model supports both 4 & 8 inches of print size- Setup is very easy with QC scan or self-discovery when Bluetooth is turned ON- Looks great in the design and the white tone printer color- One A4 paper roll is included in the package to start printing as soon as you unbox it- USB-C port for charging and so par above the standards- If B/W print is your need, then this printer would save a lot in the long run as it does not need any ink to be refilled- Lightweight and small in dimensions. Overall very compact & portable device- The mobile app works pretty well in my iPhone13 pro and the inbuilt EDIT features for the pages/photos are nice. Refer to the attached screens- Build quality is very good and feels premium overall- Very reasonably priced for the features it offersCons:- The blade to tear OFF the page is not very sharp and I am unable to precisely tear off the paper after the prints. Not sure if this is an issue with my unit only- Not a very great printing speed (10mm/s) if you take high-density color prints like photos print out- Not smart printer to connect to WiFi, so that printing can be done remotely if needed- Wish they included a carry bag for the portable printer

It’s a great portable printer.. and light weight..

This unit is a functional twin to its older cousin but with added WiFI capability. Using a smartphone app, you can scan directly to your phone. If you are at home with a WiFI network running, the smartphone and scanner can communicate through the router. If you're not at home, the scanner can flip roles and function as a WiFI source to which your smartphone can connect directly. Also, your home-based desktop or laptop computers can connect via USB to the scanner or you can set up a WiFI connection through your home router to your home computers although only one of your home computers can be paired to use the WiFI connection at a time. You need to use the ScanSnap Wireless setup tool to select a different home computer to connect wirelessly to the scanner. You can use the USB interface on any of your computers without having to reconfigure any settings. The fact that you can only use WiFI between the scanner and one of your home computers at a time has been noted as a deficiency. I, too, thought that was a problem however upon thinking it through, I realized that it's a necessary constraint. Consider that if you had more than one PC wirelessly connecting to the scanner how would the multiple instances of the ScanSnap manager software know to which PC you actually wanted to scan a document?

Rolls are used up fairly quickly bit I guess they can't be bigger since the printer won't fit them

The media could not be loaded.  I got this because I print a lot. And this is an isalt alternative to having to buy a regular big bulky printer. It came with a full roll already on the inside that will probably last me about two weeks. I will say however, one thing to note that is different about this one is that you need to turn it on and follow the steps in the manual on how to print a generic and specially modified Bluetooth code for your phone in order to use this. Usually with some of these printers or some electronics you get the Bluetooth turned on and can Connect to the object you’re trying to connect to. With this one you have to turn it on and then you have to print the Bluetooth code that especially designed for the session you’re about to start to print for. It is a very well-made product and I would say it is for the price. It did come within one day of Amazon prime and it looks exactly like the photos as advertised

Ordered this hoping that the prints would be similar to printed sheet paper. It is not.All prints are curled on top of the tear off feature working poorly.So unless your wanting to print invoices like a store receipt...this is not useful for professional services, like contracts, at all.

For a portable printer it's a great deal and great quality and value, since no ink is required it awesome for traveling. Setup first time is a bit tricky, but easy to use once it's done. Only complaint is the paper never tears straight, either needs to be sharper or just use scissors to cut.
