"Teamsports" Gymnastics Low Suede 4' Sectional Beam, is a great training aide for beginners in both home and the gym. Many different drills can be practiced such as cartwheels, handstands, balance, walk overs, and much much more! Our beam is approximately 8" wide at the base and tapers up to 4" wide on the top, the same as a competition beam. It features a synthetic suede covered surface, just like an official competition beam and filled with a very firm polyethelyne foam for stability and safety. Each sectional beam has sewn-on velcro to allow you to add more beams together for longer lengths.
