I ordered this as a gift. The first one came broken. The speaker inside was rattling around inside the body of the figure and sounded terrible. I requested an exchange and had a new on within less than a week. The exchange process was fast and efficient however, the second item was also broken. The bluetooth switch on the back was pushed into the body making the product useless. The item did not work. This could have been a great gift for my Star Trek fan but sadly it is very poor quality. I would not recommend.

This would be great gift if it weren't defective! Male recepticals are unreachable! Rendering it a cute paperweight! Poorly made. Tried two, first one, internal guts loose. 2nd one, same. Wouldn't connect to anything!

This was the best present for the Trekkie in our house! The sound quality is actually good for the price compared to other portable speakers we have used! The various phrases were an added bonus. Considering adding Spock to our home for Father’s Day.

Didn't work--speaker broken (pops/crackles/no Shatner sound bites/no music plays for more than a second before static only). Contacting tech support at Amazon did not help, and negotiating return was like pulling teeth. Not a Trekkie--this was a treat for a special occasion--really disappointing. Apparently I'm not the only one with this concern--the Kirk model has some big problems. Extremely disappointed.

Was a gift. Owner loves it. Massive audio speaker inside. Sounds really good for its size.

Hubby really liked it. Needs a line filter if using while plugged in but no problem with Bluetooth

worked ok on usb lead but nothing on battery, no charging lights

My husband loved the novelty of this Bluetooth Speaker, and it worked great - for 2 weeks. Now the charge port has sunken into the body and we're not able to connect the charger, and as well, the On/Off/Aux switch has broken. Item returned for full refund.

Great little speaker, surprisingly good sound! 4 stars only because the Kirk sayings don't seem to work. Will be exchanging for new one.
