Very easy assembly. Despite the tools in the box I suggest using a powered screw driver or manuel as I'm not one for patience. But this is as solid as advertised priced under what I feel you get. Have a new heavy 14" high end mattress that has some weight to it and fits perfect. The ability to add a head board is a plus and if needed for a move this will come apart as easy as it went together. It's amazing and well thought out what can come in a box of its size and easily become such a solid bed frame . I cant find anything possible to say but pleased. If you want to cover the steel or store under simple solution get a blouse which worked out perfect.

This is a 14-inch heavy duty bed frame. It is made of metal in black color. It is stable and sturdy. Thus, the size is twin size so it fits one person and works great for apartments with limited space. Setting up the bed frame is easier than expected and the assembling part takes about 20 minutes or so. The space below the bed frame is amble for storage purposes.The bed frame is uniquely designed to keep the mattress in place as well as slipped in design. The special part about this bed frame is that no box spring is needed. It meet my needs of minimalism. The bed frame works perfectly for kids because the height is not too tall or too short. It is wonderful for households with limited space as well as save space.

I got this the other day and it seems to be very sturdy. At first I tried to use the tools that came with it and they, well to put it lightly they are not very good. After a while and getting a little frustrated I decided to go in my tool box and use my ratchet/socket and allen key. Once I did it went together with in less then twenty minutes. The welds seem to be good quality. It looks to be fully boxed pieces that are about 20-18 gauge with the attaching plates being around 16 gauge steel. All the pieces fit together tightly, A little tough getting some of the cross members to fit but that is good. I am using it with a queens sized futon mattress and had to put a sheet of quarter inch ply wood down to avoid feeling the cross members but I expected that. I am very impressed with is as it feel very strong and will last a long time. I come in around 260 lbs and my girlfriend is around 140, I am estimating her as it is never a good idea to ask. I am very confident that it will hold us both up even during fun time.

You have to judge which piece to connect by only pictures.You will need a ratchet and a socket I think it was 10 socket. The tool they gave Is somewhat handy but a ratchet is better.It’s kind of hard to put the slats in the grove so I used a rubber mallet.It would be five stars but the directions are tough. It took me two hours to put it together. I had nothing else to do and was watching transformers at the same time. Definitely get a second person. It will cut the time by 60 percent. Good luck.

So far so good. Bit of a pain to put together for me, but as a handyman I'm as useful as a poopy-flavored lollipop. Actually, it was pretty easy to assemble, I'm just out of shape so that's my fault. After screwing the frame together with the hex tool thing, you just pop the slats into place across the frame. The platform is very sturdy and even with my intimidating heft I have yet to encounter any problems or noises, squeaking as of yet. I'm pretty impressed with this purchase; I highly recommend.

The frame came quickly but was scratched and no writing in instructions! Frame is heavy duty and nice quality. Just shipped wrong and lousy directions

This bed frame is amazing, much better than I expected. I’ve purchased metal bedframes from Ikea before, which is squeaky and unstable. This one, however, is incredibly sturdy and quite.The metal frame looks nice and doesn’t feel like cheap metal. Besides, it takes less than 30 minutes to assemble, I simply lay it out on the floor and follow the paper instructions, easy and straightforward, all the tools are included. My mattress fits it perfectly, there is a little dip to prevent the mattress from sliding around.Plenty of storage rooms underneath, I store several plastic storage boxes and a laundry basket!It’s definitely a great metal bed frame!

I’ll start out by saying that this is a great heavy duty bed frame. My problem is that there is a large gap between the top/bottom of the frame and the next slat. If you put your mattress directly on the frame as intended, the corner of the mattress gets pushed into the gap and it becomes very uncomfortable. It is currently 2:10 in the morning and I’m awake because of it. The gap also makes it impossible to keep pillows where you want them.
