After extensive research for a renewed grade ‘excellent’ iPhone 13 Pro, I chose New Fone House for my purchase due to their consistently exceptional ratings and reviews. My initial order arrived very quickly—less than 24 hours from purchase—and was in flawless A+ cosmetic condition. Disappointingly, however, the battery did not meet even Amazon’s baseline standard.New Fone House offered a full refund immediately, but accepting their explanation of an uncharacteristic oversight, I suggested a replacement of the same high-grade standard. They agreed without hesitation, explaining that it might take a few days to complete the order. I could not be more satisfied with the result.The replacement phone has exceeded my expectations. It is in excellent condition, performs beautifully, and the entire resolution process was handled professionally and efficiently. Moreover, when I mentioned that a couple of standard accessories were missing, they promptly sent them without issue.I can confidently say that this has been one of the best experiences I’ve had with any retailer, online or in-store, in years. Mistakes can happen, but what truly matters is how a company handles them—and New Fone House has demonstrated impeccable customer service. I ordered the graphite iPhone 13 Pro. In my opinion graphite is the most elegant and sleek followed by silver. I honestly think they gave me a brand new one because mine came with 100% battery and absolutely no scratches. I was looking super close and at every angle of the phone and not one scratch can be seen. I’m so happy with it 🥰 saving money and being sustainable at the same time❤️

Despite outwardly appearing to be in good shape, the phone was fitted with very poor quality non-genuine parts. The battery got very hot during charging and didn’t offer anywhere near the performance expected.The screen was identified by the phone as non-genuine, and turned out to be defective.After having approved a refund and receiving the device in the time specified , Grade Mobile then refused the refund, offering only repair or replacement. Eventually had to sort out a refund through Amazon.Fortunately, Grade Mobile’s customer support was so poor that l will now remember the name and won’t find myself inadvertently doing trade with them again.Avoid this vendor

This is my first time purchasing a renewed phone, due to the high cost of new ones.I went for a 13 pro 128 GB in Graphite, new/excellent condition. (No visible marks or scratches from 20 centimetres way??) The phone dose have some very fine scratches around the top front edge of the bezel but the rest of the phone , screen and camera lenes areas are in excellent condition as new. (With phone case fitted, no marks along front top edge of bezel are visible) Everything is working on the phone, as it should with no problems found at this time. The battery condition is 89% and comes with Amazon’s 1 years warranty/guarantee for peace of mind. Very happy with my purchase for just over £400 and would go for another renewed phone in the future when required.Have dropped the star rating to a 4 only because there was no phone cable or sim removal tool suppled with the phone.

It looks good but when on any video on for 5 minutes the phone get hot and screen starts to change the colours.

The media could not be loaded. For the price, it’s much better than I expected. The battery life was 92%. The adapter and the cable are mot original but at this price I wouldn’t expect that. Also, they sent me a gift phone case. Thanks
