This is a quality pterostilbene supplement. I started taking it a few weeks ago because I read many studies about its benefits for brain function and memory. As someone who works long hours, I need a supplement to help me with mental endurance. This supplement has already improved my mental sharpness and short term memory. I feel better since taking this pterostilbene supplement and I think its helped my memory. Hard to tell how much these pterostilbene capsules are working though. But im going to keep taking Pterostilbene because iv read amazing things about it for brain, inflammation and anti aging. My nutritionist said this stuff is better than resveratrol. You cant always feel the results of some supplements but that doesnt mean its not working. Been using other Sunergetic products and I like the brand. All made in USA and quality is very good and affordable.

It's hard to rate supplements as you can't always know what is creating improvements or if it is some placebo effect. Having said that, my energy is strong and everyone notes how youthful and vibrant I seem to be. I see this as one part of how I am achieving that.

I have been researching and taking this supplement for a decade. This is the best combo and really affordable. I only wish it was third party tested.

These are easy to swallow. I can not honestly tell if it takes away pain, because I also take other supplements. Taking these makes me feel I'm on the right path, because I'm not going down without a fight. That's just me.
