These are amazing!!! I was a little skeptical on how the flavors would be when I ordered them but they are delicious! I did cardio and went to lift after but had very little energy so I had one of these and it gave me a little boost of energy. I am definitely going to be ordering more of these :)

First off I tried it cold as recommended on the package. So it's gravy thick with slightly gritty texture. With a hint of fruit and maybe something bitter just for good measure. Taste is awful, it lingers long after eating it. I have only tried the strawberry banana one but do not have high hopes for other flavors. I was hoping for a way to increase my protein intake, well this is not the answer. Save your money and do not try this. YUCK!

These are a great way for me to get protein after weight loss surgery! They all taste good and are convenient for a small snack or to take on the go!

Best Product on the Market...no joke!! I'm a mom of 3 very active boys and these are our go to snacks to keep my boys fueled with good clean protein. This is the real deal Moms! Real food for on the go families! My husband and I were driving to the gym yesterday and he was suddenly hungry right before a workout. I told him I had some FFF in my bag and he went right to that. After his WOD(workout) he told me how perfect that was to eat right before. He didn't feel full or uncomfortable during his workout and it gave him the energy to crush it! Thank you Fuel For Fire!! Oh and did I mention all of my boys LOVE the taste!

These are a good source of protein on the go but are very thick.I originally purchased them for my son because he is a very picky eater and I thought this would be an alternative option to helping him get more protein in his diet.He did not care for them based on the consistency alone, think more like play dough!
