Very nice and very communicative, I am very happy with this outcome and really appreciate their willingness to make this situation right.I got this machine for my kids birthday parties and events and at first was super excited for it. I used it once but noticed there was metal shavings in my ice. I contacted customer service and was asked to send proof of this. Long story short, the company asked if we could talk over email instead of Amazon chat so I emailed them and they just kept asking repeat questions without telling me if these metal shavings were normal or not. Now I’m past the time to return it and stuck with a machine I can’t use. Very disappointed and unhappy.

Just what we wanted for school

This isn't for your apartment's kitchen. It's huge. It's not something you put on your counter so you can make a single snow cone every so often. This is best if you want to make several hundred snow cones.It's quite cold outside and I'm not exactly having any gatherings, so I haven't truly used this thing just yet. I will this summer, when it's not freezing outside and my family gets together. I did dump a little ice in there to see and it easily made snow cones. It was quite obvious that it was made to do a whole lot more than make a handful though. It did work great though.

Some screws came loose. Makes good snowcones for the kids, margaritas for the adults!

We’ve had the machine for about 10 months and the machine has stopped working. It is getting power, but once you add ice and push it into the grinder it won’t work. Waste of money.

I thought this was going to be a counter top machine. This is the real deal and will be better suited for larger parties and not for a weekend with the grandkids or your niece or nephew. It is very easy to use and crushes the ice very well. It is big and takes up space. It doesn't leak which is great. The ice can sit inside the machine fora bit before it begins to melt which is wonderful. I ordered this for a our small family to use, it is a bit much but will be wonderful when we have parties.

This product does work, as far as the one time I’ve used it. The ice, however, isn’t a snow cone consistency like the pictures show. It is tiny pieces of ice that are not fluffy or soft.
