As much as I wanted to love this item, and as much as I did love the look and the way that it fit--or so I thought--ultimately, this screen protector was useless and, indeed, It ended up being the destruction of my beautiful new phone.I had many problems with the screen protector, even though it seemed to fit perfectly when I first installed it, as it kept slipping around and becoming misaligned with the virtual buttons on the bottom of the screen. I kept trying to adjust it, but as it did adhere at the top quite well, it was very difficult to do. Then, disaster.While I was trying to adjust it for the final time that I ever attempted to use it, the protector slipped off the phone and caused the phone to squirt out of the case like a banana coming out of a peel. It sounds funny, yet it was anything but funny. The phone landed on the ground between my feet as I was walking, and the person directly behind me stepped on the upper left corner of the phone and I heard a loud crunching sound.My beautiful new phone was toast. There is now a series of cracks running away from the horrible crush zone where the person inadvertently stepped on the upper left quadrant of the screen. What a horrible, unnecessary waste of an awful lot of MY money. If only the screen protector would have stayed in place from the very first first time that I installed it, this never would have happened.Also, when this first happened, I went directly to the seller's advertisement--which had first enticed me to purchase the screen protector in the first place--and of course the very first thing that I found in the warranty information was that they didn't cover any damage to anything on which you might use the protector...such as my new cell phone! So much for this product being a"protector."

I had brought this screen protector for my brother’s phone. I didn’t know how good or bad it was so my brother’s review will be below this. This review also contains my review (below my brother’s review) of details of customer service I had to use due to some issues with the screen protector (which was solved).Brother’s Review: “Great product, originally had a plastic screen protector. Switched to glass for the first time, and this brand does not disappoint. Easy instructions to apply and the protector fits and adhere perfectly despite the phone’s curvy edge. Fingerprints do appear after frequent use, but the product comes with a cleaning cloth to wipe. Dropped the phone once and the protector is still in good condition. Overall great product.Note: They way that the screen protector is design putting the protector slightly off produces a “clicking” sound can be heard when touching the corners/edges. Dust may be trapped around the edges and in the center, also the top and bottom of the protector is seen to be curved elevated and no longer flat.”My Review: Elebase (the seller) sent some emails inquiring about the product and if everything was good. I asked my brother and just reply with the “clicking” sound. They ask about the case and my brother says it shouldn’t be an issue because the screen protector doesn’t touch the case. (Some case might differ so please know that results are different for your purchase of this screen protector). So they offered me a replacement unit for no charge. (I did not need send back the old screen protector.) But about a few days later they even offered me another replacement unit. So I have received two replacement units and my brother told me that the new one fits much better. I just want to mention that the customer service was phenomenal, they check back on me every so often to make sure everything was fine and gave not one but two replacement units. I am extremely surprise for such an excellent customer service. Would definitely buy again from this company.I would highly recommend contacting Elebase's customer service if you need assistance with your purchase. Most of the 1 or 2 star reviews for this product, I would personally say are people who abuse the product or did not consider their case before they brought the product. The screen protector doesn’t crack unless you do some major damage to it.

I purchased a screen protector but after several days I noticed that it did not stick very well to the phone and made it difficult sometimes to browse/use the phone. The quality on the screen was great and the fit seemed just right. Since it did not stick well to my phone it was sometimes frustrating to use since it made it hard to type or scroll. I was notified by the vendor and I explained the issue to them. He was very polite and replaced my screen with a new one.I've used the new screen and this time seemed to hold a lot better, the quality on the glass is great and it fits almost perfect. I've also heard from others that is difficult on edge screens to have a screen protectors and that could be part of the reason I had an issue but the experience I had with Elebase was outstanding. They followed up with me to make sure that I was happy and they contacted me to begin with.

This must be the worst screen protector for Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge Plus. It does not stick to the phone screen despite several attempts to press it down on the phone. I have lost count of how many times it fell off the phone before I got really angry and threw it in the bin.I didn't bother to make a complain or ask for a refund because it was a waste of my time to do so.My advice to everyone is to stay away from this screen protector!!!

Sir. I purchased the galaxy s6 cover for my Samsung galaxy s6edge. Which was delivered to nearly 40 days after order placement through you.The cover is oversized and does not fit to my mobile.I submitted my complaint to replace it with of suitable size.But I am sorry to say that no arrangement for return is initiated.you returning date expired before I received the cover.I hope to receive your attention to redress my problem.
