Great ingredients and my hair is growing fast now. Take one large pill every morning and easy to swallow with water. On my 3 rd bottle now. Great price too for an organic vitamin.

I have GERD so I have a really hard time with vitamins. I feel like they make me nauseous or I upset my tummy. I LOVE THESE. I believe because they are a capsule and not a hard kernel. I am happy with the ingredients and I feel as if I am actually doing something good for my body as it doesn't make me feel sick to take. Overall I think my immune system is functioning better when I take these.

This is the only one I use from Garden of Life store, because it does not have iodine which is from Sea Kelp. I CANT have sea kelp it messes up my digestive. So Women Raw one lacking sea kelp is the best I love it! It makes me feel better. I quit synthetic vitamins as they did nothing for me before I switched over to this Whole foods organic vitamin. I really hope this company continues to make a version without sea kelp or i would not be able to use it. I notice that almost many other whole food vitamins contain sea kelp. It is hard finding one that does not contain it. I will be buying this often!
