Like a textbook for patients.
Learned so much all in one place. Not too technical to understand, but packed with information. Highly recommend.

Binding
Content is informative. The binding is poor. Pages fell away from the binding the first time I opened the book. I have to hold it together with a rubber band.

Useful info but book not sturdy
Book arrived and when I opened it the glue let go or the pages were stitched too close together and it's falling apart.The info though is good info. Check out the LDN Research Trust website.
