Honestly, we’ve had my sons new bed set up for only 3 weeks but so far it’s great!!! The finish/color is very pretty and it’s a perfect fit for a toddler. The low loft allows him to get in & out safely but also has enough space underneath to utilize! I moved the 2nd shelf to his closet so he can get under his bed & play but can always add it if needed. The instructions were easy & took my husband & I about an hour to put together. This bed should last him until he gets to be a teenager. I am hopeful it’s sturdy enough for that. I’ll re-update if I have any issues.

If you have ever put any of this type of furniture together you already know what the pros and cons can be. It’s usually directions and hardware. The good news about this set is that they minimize hardware and the directions are concise and easy to read. Very few steps for the size of the piece of furniture. There are none of those awful cam screws to worry about (if you know you know). The material of the actual piece is really impressive. It is an MDF product but it seems to be very well made and the finish is really nice - almost looks and feels like a high end “plastic” product like you see for outdoor decking...but the grain and matte finish make it look and feel like real wood. We bought 2 extra dressers to go beneath each bed. We bought 2 beds and they each have 2 dressers beneath them now for added storage as seen in the pictures. Very happy with the product and kids love them.

Overall a pretty good bed. It was easy to assemble outside of the dresser. The dresser did not come together correctly. The directions were easy to follow but the predrilled holes did not match up. After everything was assembled it does not seem as durable as some other bunk beds we looked. For the price it is good.

My son is so tiny and still fit in his toddler bed at age 7 but we felt it was time to get him a bigger bed. He picked this out himself. It was very easy to put together and it very sturdy. I love that you can put the shelves and dresser anywhere you want. We have 1 shelve against the wall, on at the end of the bed and the dresser under the bed.

Our 4 year old son loves his new big boy bed. Made the transition from the nursery for upcoming baby sister easy peasy. Bed is sturdy enough for him and pregnant mommy to read bed time stories in together (Granted all are small). Quiet thump from slide exit warns mom and dad when he will be bursting into their bedroom in the morning. Helps to have 2 people for assembly, but not required. I bought this bed for my daughter, it comes in multiple boxes but each box has its own instructions, it’s real pine wood, it’s put together with lag bolts which made me feel better. It’s extremely sturdy, no wordless at all. Looks and feels extremely well made. My daughter loves it and I feel safe with her sleeping on it

Ordered this bed for my 4 year old. It is very sturdy with a flawless finish. Some people have said it smells terrible. I don't smell anything except wood and a slight odor from the finish but it is not overpowering. BEWARE! None of the wood pieces are labeled so request assistance did you ate visual spatially challenged. Overall, it was easy to assemble and I would buy this bed again.A few months later...he hit 45 pounds and the ladder is absolute garbage! It is not sturdy at all! Currently looking for a replacement or just another gray bed to match the dresser and bookshelf. Less than a year and it feels like a huge waste of money!

We bought this bed for our 5 year old son. We were looking for a bed with storage and a little space underneath for a play area. We also ordered the slide and my son loves it. Just a few things we noticed.The bed itself took about an hour for my husband and I to build together. There were a few areas where you screw into the wood without existing screw holes. I was afraid we were going to screw it in crooked, but didn’t seem to have an issue. I don’t know if that is intentional or a defect. Also, the headboard and side rails are much lower than I had expected. I didn’t realize until we were on the 3rd page of the instructions that the manufacturer recommends using a mattress no thicker than 8”.We already had a 10” memory foam mattress for my son, and no where in the Amazon listing did it mention this. There is only about 3 inches from the top of the mattress to the top of the side rail.The bookshelves are a bit narrow and seems like they will tip easily. There are also small screw holes on the top shelf that I’m not sure what are for.The drawer is nice but took quite a while to assemble, probably not for a novice assembler.Overall I am happy with our purchase but I am concerned with the sturdiness of the bed, I definitely would not recommend more than 2 small kids on it at once. We will see how long it holds up!
