We ended up returning this for a couple of reasons...1)While the picture shows a flower box, which led us to believe it was included, make sure you read the packaging contents in detail, as this is just for the metal frame!2)The metal frame had rusted apart before it got to us. This was obviously the deal breaker in the sale. There were a few welds holding this thing together that did not look like were done well. I suspect that even if it had come to us in one piece, that one season outside with the weight of a plant in it would have destroyed it.We ended up returning this and just getting a flower box from a local store.

It's fine. I had to use black 4 black zip-ties to keep my boxes from falling out, but zip-ties are cheap so it's not a massive hardship. Easy to install.

hangs very low and awkwardly. I tried adjusting it as best I could but the way it is designed doesn't allow for proper hanging.

Fits as described. Strong. Works well. We have 3 and are happy with our purchase.

Don't be fooled, it only comes with the brackets that are average at best.
