I have loved and have successfully breed long-finned albino plecostomus for some time. I paired the plecs with apple snails that I also wanted to raise. Well..., I soon discovered that the juvenile snails loved to take over the plecs' breeding cones which was a little frustrating. The poor plecs tried to push them out, but the snails, big rather big, won the cones. When I put the FrogHouse Condo in their pond habitat, the plecs immediately were drawn into it. It was so wonderful and cute seeing all of the spaces filled with their tales sticking out!! IMMEDIATE WINNER!! I have many ponds where I breed these plecs, but only bought 2 FrogHouses. It looks like I need to make another order because this is a SUPERIOR PRODUCT over the standard single cone. If you breed plecs, this is a must-have!

No issues with the product. The slate is clean and does not leach any substance. To top is frequented by biograzers.The caves occupied by a host of fish in my Tank. Panda garas, loaches and plecos

I purchased this a spawning cave for a group for hypancistrus. It is really well made and perfectly sized for my fish.I also find it to look better against hardscape than other caves I’ve used. Would definitely recommend!

I cant say enough good things about this Pleco cave. My plecos love it both male and female. After adding this my plecos bred within 2 days! The slate offers a nice aesthetic as well. Definitely recommend.
