I like this, it replaced a similar unit. Its installed in a shed/darkroom to provide hot water for handwashing and warmer water for some wet photography processes. Works well, but as it is only 3Kw its not going to cut it for a shower or bath - fine for my purposes so I like it. Easy to install.

Nice compact unit that is easy to install. But totally pointless. The included flexi hose that is smaller than my urethra was a good indicator that I could pee faster and hotter than the water coming out of this unit. A waste of time, effort and more importantly money. The only way to get water at a usable temperature is to have the flow so slow that you will die of old age before you fill a bowl. If you are daft enough to buy this for the love of God do not use on a 13a plug the live pin gets incredibly hot after short use and is a fire risk

Installed at kitchen sink. Easy to install, easy to use & heats water quickly and adequately for washing dishes.However, cannot use to fill the kettle. This has only been installed for 4 days, so I am hoping this issue resolves once bedded in, but right now there’s a very distinctive tainted taste and smell to the water… either sulphur or Hydrogen. Which may be due to the intense heating in the small chamber. But if it doesn’t resolve (after multiple flushes) looks like a real issue with design and I will have to amend my rating. Will update in a couple weeks.

I fitted this to my kitchen sink, and it works perfectly, hot water in seconds.

A bit fiddly to fit under the bench but once fitted works well. Not as hot as I would like the water to be, but it is diffident for washing hands and face also having a shave. Saves money on using my gas boiler for hot water.

Unfortunately, I have to have something like this to warm the water to my aquarium, first two didn't work at all, next two failed after a couple of uses, on number 5 now, luckily all have been replaced easily by Amazon.

I used it to shower as we don't have hot water installed yet. It helped, for sure but it needs really slow water run to warm up the water, so slow that my shower was barely able to stay on and not the normal tap on the bath
