I am 5 foot and the size small fit me perfectly. I also purchased an already used dress and it came in great condition, doesn’t appear used at all.Also, the sleeves can be worn to cover or show the shoulders, which was exactly what I was hoping for.The material is obviously cheap, but I did some tampering with it to customize it a little and it held up just fine.The underdress is totally see through, but when wearing an undershirt and slip it’s no big deal. Would recommend!

We purchased this for my wife to go to the Ren Fair this year. She looked great. She's athletic and medium height- the size was just right and she looked great, both far away and up close. Easily made her look the part with little effort. It made her look like a super hot tavern wench or mid-rent maiden. It did not look cheap, which is what one fears most from these types of thing, me thinks.

I was pleasantly surprised with how soft both the chemise and overdress were! Good quality fabric for the price, and the front stays actually have some boning to keep it from bunching. It was very comfortable to wear all day, and definitely flattering! The chemise is pretty sheer on it’s own, but with some nude underwear and the overdress on I didn’t have any concerns.

I wanted to give more stars, the material was nice, the top fit great, and everything would have fit wonderfully. However a tie was stitched to the inside at the waist so I could not wear it for the event it was purchased for. If I had time before the event, I would have exchanged it for a new one from this seller.

From reading some reviews I went with the smaller size. The chest area was way too small.

5’2, 150lbs, ordered a size S/M - fit like a glove! The white is sheer, but not entirely see through. Beige undergarments worked fine.

I returned this because it was supposed to be a cotton mix but it arrived 100% cheap shiny polyester w/ see thru chemise but shipping was ok lol
